Yes, Dr. Goldstein showed me scans of it. He has used PRP to reverse scarring on patients of PFS and PSSD. Takes about a year and multiple injections. Ideally you'd be increasing blood flow like with pumping/cialis/injections etc. That combo has reversed in some patients.
