best way to liver flush & no supps needed half the time

finally i can post.did my first liver flush last week. it was successful. only 3 day prep. edgar cayce style. google edgar cayce apple. no need to prep for a week taking malic acid powder. all you need to do is to eat nothing but apples for 3 days and flush on the 3rd night. apples clean you out!! if you wanna find out if you are toxic just fast on apples and you will see what shit comes out of you. if you are ill you will expel some foul crap! to figure out how many apple i needed to eat a day i bought a juicer to see how many apples it would take to make 1 litre of juice. moritz recoomend 1 l apple juice/day for prep. it turns out it takes about 10 apples to make 1 l apple juice. so then i bought 1 of every kind of apple from fruit shop to see which one i like best. i liked gala and the green apples. green apples have highest malic acid but it can be hard to eat at least 10 so i bought mostly gala. edit: eat apples whole do not juice them. this is the most important.

experience on prep:
day 1: i buy 2 packs of apples each pack has 8 apples. so i ate 16 apples/day spaced throughout the day.. sleep fine.
day 2: wake up skin is looking way better. no itch on scalp. i eat my apples. in the afternoon i get sudden urgency to go and i evacuate some toxic shit. feel great afterwards. feel light and stomach completely flat. i had so much energy i did some workout in the park followed by running.
day 3: skin hasnt been this clear in long time. the same thing happened like day 2. around the same time in the afternoon i get urgency and evacuate the same kinda toxic shit. feel awesome. i feel so light. play some music and jump rope. i was craving some salt on day 3 so i mixed 1 tsp of sea salt in cup of warm water and drink. at 9pm i prepare the mixture of 100 ml olive oil with 2 grapefruit. i drank the mixture very quickly. my mouth felt gross afterwards so i juiced another grapefruit by itself to clean my lips/mouth of the oil. that night i got no sleep because i was nauseous. zero sleep. on the next flush i will attempt to reduce the oil to 50 ml and 2 grapefruit to see if it has the same effect.

day after flush:
lots of green stones. they start coming out large and progressively get smaller. smell fuckign disgusting. unlike anything ive ever smelled. truly wretched. because i got no sleep i was exhausted the entire day. just go back and forth to toilet and nap until the evening where i ate some chicken and rice with veg. still ate some apples that day.

It was always either malic acid or apple juice which is malic acid also. but you need to prep for more than 3 days ideally

So, what if one no longer has a gallbladder? Does this affect anything regarding a liver flush. I would imagine it would almost have to, but I'm far from a scientist.

I no longer have one after having it removed.

Gallbladder is storage bag for bile. Without this bag the liver is constantly releasing the bile to the colon. Therefore your body lost the ability to release larger amount of bile at once. So I don't see any benefit for you to do liver flush.. You should never ingest large amount of fats at once without gallbladder and if you do. Then you should take some bile acid supplement with it.. You're welcome...

I figured as much, thanks for the insight. This is also the main reason why I don't do high fat diets like keto either. Leads to quite the shitty (pun intended) situation.

So here’s the thing..... I read the same thing. Problem is three fold....

1) this last flush I ended three days ago. Even before drinking the oil/citrus I had a couple stones already from the malic acid and the Epsom salts. Also, they are not “gallstones” solely. They are bile stones as well, according to Moritz

2) there are guys on here that have puked up the mixture after taking it, and still passed stones.

3) The eventual endgame of the flush is to have two consecutive flushes WITHOUT stones, and that happens. So either the body adapts to the oil and can process it, OR there actually were stones both bile and gall, and at some point, they cease to exist. That’s the other thing. You will get the greenish stones, and you will also get the varying sized hard brown gall stones. That ain’t oil.

That article initially made me pause when I first read it before doing the flushes. I have become a believer.

hello. it was not always apple juice or malic acid. it was always whole apples, moritz was not the first to discover liver flushing. look up edgar cayce. he was not the first either but i dont know of any other earlier well documented/outlined protocols.

and you do not not need more than 3 days. it is also not ideal. there is a healer in SEA who after many many flushes on himself and others (documented) the moritz way concluded that actually no more than 2 days is required for a successful flush if no other food is consumed other than fresh fruits/juices. he did use large quantities of apple juice though, and notes diareha from the toxic foul smelling bile being excreted as early as the end of the first day, and almost always by on the 2nd day midday. the lack of fiber forces the colon into spasm to expel the bile, and this is not optimal imo. it also increases the risk for dehydration.

am eating apples for 3 days flushing on third. no juice. i specifically said the fiber in the apples is extremely important. the fiber in addition to malic acid is much more effective than eating regular food and taking malic acid/juice only, which forces you to extend the prep period as you are wasting bile for your digestion instead of building it up for cleansing, which is the whole point.

i have completed my 2nd flush on 60 ml olive oil. worked just as well i expelled more stones. zero nausea. i also juiced celery for electrolytes. i will try 50 ml next flush. then i will go back up to 100 ml the flush after to see.

current strealined protocol for cleansing the liver/colon:

-at least 1 kg apples eaten for 3 days
-have celery on hand or buy celery juice
-if not bowel movement by end of 1st day and feeling uncomfortable you can take cascara or magnesium oxide before bed
-3rd day (flush day):
you want to finish eating your apples 5 hours before the flush. flushing between 7pm-11pm is fine.
-60-100 ml extra virgin olive oil with juice of 1-2 lemons/grapefruits. have grapefruit/orange on hand after drinking mixture to cleanse the mouth if needed.
-next morning take a tablespoon of epsom salts with water. and on the night take mag oxide. no enema or colon hydrotherapy needed

current daily diet:
apples/kiwis
whole lentils
goat/lamb. baramundi fish. dark meat chicken. im eating less chicken.
white rice/couscous for carbs
salt
salad with lettuce/tomatos onion cucumbers olives lemon juice tiny bit of evoo. i really love salad with meals.

somtimes boiled spinach but not daily. makes my teeth feel funny if i have too much

no added oils/fats aside from the tiny amount i use for my salad. no junk chocolate/chips/ice cream pizza etc.

no caffeine.

are you telling me how to do liver flushes ? Bud , I did 80 of them. and you just started . I know everything about flushing and problems of flushing. If you dont listen it is your choice.





I had stones stuck in my bile ducts. when I just ate apples. trust me it is not a pretty thing to experience. When the big ones start going you dont want them to be stuck . You will pass out and be in the hospital. And the big ones will start going.

Also dont be lazy and prepare before every single liver flush. I sometimes got lazy and ran out out of malic acid on my 30-40 flushes. And just flushed on apples. I had 2 incidents of stones being stuck. I had to drink liters of oil to flush the stone out of my bile duct. I had it there I could feel it and it hurt like hell.

MY advice to you always wait till the stones dilute. never get lazy, if you are planning to continue with the flushes. Doing 10 flushes and stopping will do you more harm than good. You need to flush everything out of dont flush at all.






I know exactly why you need malic acid. It has nothing to do with fiber in apples YOu need malic acid, to make NADPH in krebs cycle, from malate enzyme. NADH gets converted into NADPH. by malic acid. NADPH is what makes bile acids from cholesterol. along with vitamin C. This is why apple juice or malic acid are given.

In 3 days, you will not even make enough NADPH for the system , not only for the bile system. You need bile acids to soften your cholesterol stones, for that you need to produce bile acids. with NADPH.. And since many people run very low on NADPH. It is impossible to even produce NADPH in 3 days, not only to soften stones.

For toxic people I advice to be on malic acid for a month before the first flush.

You need 14 days min to prepare for the first flush. then as long as you drink malic acid, you can do it weekly

In my experience, malic acid is the best for liver flushes. Apples are ok.

The best thing is to buy malic acid and drink it daily. And keep flushing. I dont go by Moritz style or any other style, I go by my style. I flushed all the stones out. and did it weekly. So the gallbladder stayed open all the time. I found that if you flush every 2-3 weeks , stones block it. And that impairs digestion. So I chose to keep flushing non stop.


The goal of apples or malic acid is not to clean you out, but to produce bile acid. And wait till this bile acid softens dilutes your cholesterole and billirubin deposits

You dont eat regular food during flushes, you go on more veggy fruit diet. cycled with low protein rice.



Also remember that if you plan to flush it all out, keep doing it and never get lazy and wait for the stones to soften. Also remember that you can always gulp a liter of oil in case of some blockage. And if you flush 30 or more times, you will have the blockages. since the big ones start going and your bile ducts will be very flexible by then.


Good luck , liver flushes are great, you wont regret it.

Malic acid makes me shit like crazy, I can't handle it. I've never managed to get around to a full liver flush because even half a gram a day and I'll just be crapping water. I've always had to quit because after multiple days of the stuff I'd be afraid I'll shit my pants one day.

Ohh Crap :D I didnt expected to be that much strong. Ive never tried malic acid, just pectin, but was thinking to use malic for the next liver flush, even so green sour apples worked quite well for me for a week prior flush.
Malic Acid...I remember that Phase...it does have some Positive Effects on the Immune System, for sure. Great antioxidant!
