I've experienced levels of dehydration throughout the search of curing myself. It goes hand in hand with an electrolyte imbalance. During a 3 week water/Breuss fast, symptoms were pretty bad, but now that I am on ARL and especially enema's and liver flushes, I've noticed I get dehydrated very easily. Dry mouth, lips, sleep is worse, stools are dry and the fluids from enema's and flushes seem to be retained more than they are expelled.
There's tons of conflicted information to be found on the internet or on this site. More water, less water, no potassium or more. Salt tablets, glucose intake. In Dutch we have a nice saying for this which roughly translates to "not seeing the forrest anymore because of all the trees".
What are the best things to relieve these dehydration symptoms and withcoming electrolyte imbalances? Any specific cocktails or things I can do without interfering with the ARL-program too much? I would like to continue with the flushes, enema's and sauna's, but not if it's making me more dehydrated.
