Dehydration

I've experienced levels of dehydration throughout the search of curing myself. It goes hand in hand with an electrolyte imbalance. During a 3 week water/Breuss fast, symptoms were pretty bad, but now that I am on ARL and especially enema's and liver flushes, I've noticed I get dehydrated very easily. Dry mouth, lips, sleep is worse, stools are dry and the fluids from enema's and flushes seem to be retained more than they are expelled.

There's tons of conflicted information to be found on the internet or on this site. More water, less water, no potassium or more. Salt tablets, glucose intake. In Dutch we have a nice saying for this which roughly translates to "not seeing the forrest anymore because of all the trees".

What are the best things to relieve these dehydration symptoms and withcoming electrolyte imbalances? Any specific cocktails or things I can do without interfering with the ARL-program too much? I would like to continue with the flushes, enema's and sauna's, but not if it's making me more dehydrated.

Does hydrogen water help with your dehydration?

Your cortisol is getting weak with all the detox going on. It’s just being used up leaving the body craving more salt and potassium then using that up.

This I believe is what leads to dehydration, fatigue type stuff you experience. Really an electrolyte imbalance you’re having.

Does vision get worse? Light sensitivity?

I’m sure there are ways of getting body chemistry in better place for this. But I think more so than anything, body might be telling you to back off for a bit if it gets persistent.

@Admiral I wouldn't stop doing what you're doing in full but when symptoms like that take over you know when to back off.

For me detox takes its place and some symptoms get worse like constipation. This is a part of chelation. Chelation, herxheimer reactions are going to lead to electrolyte imbalances at times depending on way of going at it.

The fast- of course you're chelating and herxing the whole time.

Now its mostly activity combined with the detox stuff that leads me to electrolyte imbalances. A ton of golf this weekend in the sun and swimming along with 2 hydrogen coffee enemas each day has me beat up this morning. Constipated, dry mouthed, brain fog, fatigue, but its just part of healing- what I'm experiencing now is herxheimer and chelation symptoms.

The object is for one day when we take care of ourselves correctly, we don't have to deal with chelation and herxheimer. That day will come as long as you take the correct steps of getting there.

Best way to stay hydrated is to drink water with pink hymalaian salt... accordung Dr. Batmangheligj. 1/4 tsp pink hymalaian salt on 1l. of water. O.30ml. on 1kg. body weight. When drink water do not eat at the same time, 30 min. after the water, and when eat do not drink, you can drink 2h. 30min. after the meal. Cheers.

pink hymalaian salt is pink due to iron concent. I would stick with regular white sea salt without additives..

I am not really sure, but saw an article that was saying that the sea salt actually dehydrates you, appart from the pink hymalaian salt. But will double check to be sure on 100%. Cheers!

lol sorry, but that is nonsense.. It is about sodium and it doesn't matter if it's from processed sodium tablets for athletes or sea/pink/ celtic o whatever salt..

Does hydrogen water help with your dehydration?

Not sure what hydrogen really does for me. Aside from these horrific shocks before falling a sleep, I haven't noticed much. Then again, I'm only using it for a handful of days.

Detox symptoms possibly?

Not really. I have some detox symptoms, but they were before hydrogen water. They aren't that bad, either. ARL seems to do very little to me so far. Second hair test mailed in today.
