I used to kick open doors all the time at my ghetto university in Toronto (North York, 70000 students and staff at main campus). And also in High school. Mostly bc I could and who would say shyt to me? (I looked like I'd fuck em up even with spine issues that I didn't really appreciate or know about, couldn't put into words back then). BUT yeah a lot was bc of pain. It was odd bc my shoulders are strong and jacked and back is strong, but yeah neck... back pain. thin neck at times... Also I open the door with and sometimes the fridge and close either with my foot or a light low sweep.
AND putting my shoes on outside of the apartment, because I couldn't put them on easily... and leaning to the side... arms crossed, it was fucking joint instability stuff.
People thought I was just mental or cold or a violent psychopath!! It was hypermobility!!! Some of it was hypermobility for sure.
I need to stay strong and sane mentally balanced and physically balanced and strong. STABLE. So these monsters don't burn me in the camps, in the next pandemic that their masters cuck them into.
Thumbs dislocate... a bit too or a lot.
220-290 degree rotation maybe more... 310 one side rotation of wrists. But yeah the actual hEDS criteria, has a brighton and beighton criteria.. and I fit most but not all. I'll go to some damned geneticist sometime. What a fucking waste of time that will be. I will do it when I have better accounts and time off. I will make an appointment when I cash in like 2-3btc offline more, or like 20-30k in lev trades, and buy bottoms. Otherwise, ya they are mostly a waste of time. I have a real issue, they spend zero dollars on.. not like you know COVID and faking an illness to leave work or school.
EDIT: ya that isn't rite bc I can make it look like wrist rotate 360+ degrees, that is partially arm tho and shoulder. Anyways lol it is fine. I will strengthen joints and to those tapes for rehab. Bands.
Focus on compound lifts that I can do and use other stuff, fixed weights for things that are too dangerous. NO wonder pec dec/ chest flies were fucked ya, hypermobility.
I am not mentally disturbed and thinking I am trans, nor I have long covid... so most connective tissue disorder clinics and geneticists/ rheumatologists won't see me. Basically, I am not an insufferable twat and I am mostly an able bodied male, so I solve my own problems and live with the rest (eventually happily again).
Playing PSP VITA or PS2 PS3 some arthritic pain... even as a kid. Big hands and fingers long but not marfans long. not that tall either. Like a lot of people with marfans are like 6'3 6'6, girls like 5'11 6'2. Not all tho.
