@Helen low dose testosterone can be detected by anti-doping test? I am tempted to try for RECOVERY purposes... athletes needs to feel fresh/recovered for next day training.... is there anything natural I could do to recover as close to 100% as possible after each workout? What would you do to accelerate recovery?

of course it can be detected. Are you kidding? LOL

I think eating more high quality protein + carb backloading like cdnuts protocol helps speed up recovery more. For me my appetite is almost double after weight lifting. Body is starving for nutrients to rebuild.

Agree with this, carb back loading helps recovery a ton. Unfortunately, I work out in the early AM and it doesn't work as well unless you workout in PM and consume soon after. Still does something, just not as much.

AM is good too for peak hormonal affects of workout and minimal suppression from things like R-Andro.
I worked out 2yrs straight at 1-3am. As long as it's consistent I don't think it matters. --Maybe for running. It's pretty odd to to run at 3 or 4am everyday, lifting in an empty gym is amazing tho.

I like Empty Gyms. Less irritable 'fuckers I have to eye-down before I make my Way to the Bench.

@zsoka Dude, to cheat the system, you could use some peptides. Since those are just protein chains. and not possible to detect. but they pretty much can act like hormones.

I know you are a professional athlete, If I were you , I would look into this route. but you will need to test them.

May be get some peptides which increase release of all axis.

peptides are releasers of hormones. Obviously if you take a peptide which is wrong for you body chemistry, this can cause an imbalance.

Since the body creates these peptides to regulate your hormones

I am just saying if you want to be on juice, as a professional athlete , these could be the way to go since they wont be detected, but can actually act same way as testosterone or LH, or serotonin or any other hormone really

May be try epitalon for recovery .

Would there be any peptides that would promote beard growth? Mine is filling in very slowly, taking ages.

They are maturing very slowly and lagging behind where most people of my age have a fully grown beard. So I'm not actually using anything to turn them dark.

you can try to use some oils may be. Check out online how people grow beards.

I think maybe FIN fucked up the growth cycle of my beard/body hair. Ever since I used FIN I have reduced body/arm hair, very light and less dense. I think it's a hormonal problem, probably insensitive AR of too sensitive AR.

Eat fats and support electrolytes including phosphorus and b vitramins to make NADPH. Also eat meat.

In russia they eat bear oil.

I cycled NADPH precursors for 2 weeks. And in 2 weeks. the hair on my hands doubled. Body hair went insane. All the knee caps, everything got totally hairy. Hand and arms got new hairs all over the place.

Body hair just doubled. So it works big time.


When I crashed on FIn this time. My hair fells out even on my legs. all of sudden a side of my leg just had no hair. Now only 3 weeks later. it is more hairy then before Fin double. And the hair on my hands grew in places where it was not there before.

What NADPH precursors did you cycle? I'm very intrigued by this post. My body hair growth has really slowed down/stopped. I'd love anymore details you have.

DAMN this is bad. I think biggest problem with BB-ers, especially guy like this they don't know anything about what their doing except injecting drugs.

Dude is injecting 1000mg of test and only 2100 ng/dl on bloodwork. Is he pissing everything out?
