I wonder if a practitioner is needed at all, i recall helen commenting on this before but not sure what wa the veredict, something about the matrix software. I contacted TEI lady in Spain and she is being slow to give me a second follow up, 2 days now.
The price difference is not much from mineralcheck dot com just 20 euros, but if she or he is not going to add any net value to the program, could i just order the test my self like i did before?

-BUT* My person here in Canada is very slow to respond (poor Canadian customer service is common).
-Catherine, when not busy is pretty quick. She was really busy a while back and must be now, but is usually fast once she gets to you. I think.

Hello, she sent me to another tei practitioner as she doesnt work with overseas customers.
Did you get anything extra out of working with her compared to the test alone? Thanks man

-Hey so I got test one ARL 5mo ago, but I did other things for PFS (prohormones, anti glucocorticoid drugs, fasting, etc), and I just recently sent out a hair sample for TEI, with Catherine.
--SO as of yet, I haven't really followed it. I will shortly though, assuming there are no logistical delays.

--Oh I see. That makes sense, no I think Catherine just is aware a bit of what's going on here, and it took less issue to explain to her rather than the lady at a Canadian Homeopath. A good practicioner will be skilled, useful regardless where they are from... I think you should be fine using someone else too man.

-Just make sure to explain succinctly what's going on, when you email them. Maybe copy some information from your log/posts, if that would assist in explanation.
-I have faith either way would work well for me, but since Catherine may know a bit about what people are trying to balance here (post drug disorders), that reason and the availability of TEI, made me choose her services. Also her honesty and apt responses. Otherwise, very similar.

-It is a printout, and people here may be able to recommend supplements anyways.
-***Do not pay for additional advice*** it was wasteful for others, in their experience.

@gar0u87 ---TEI should be fine man, I'd use the place you were referred to as long as they're legit (they probably are, you can usually tell, as I'm sure you know).

EDIT: SOMETIMES it is worth getting a practitioner it seems, I only said don't bc several were burned... by homeopaths and mineral balancing experts, but post below shows sometimes worth it. @gar0u87

It’s worth every cent getting a practioner, you don’t know how you will react to the supps and program and they are there to guide and direct you through the program. I made the mistake of not having one and started
the program and got all sorts of emotional sides to the point I nearly left my job. Now I have a practioner and slowly introducing the supps and detox methods and feeling a lot more confident in the program.

Yes I’ll have reactions again at some point as I heal, but it’s good piece of mind I have a practioner I trust and has been doing this for 15 years to guide me through each reaction I have and give me support when I need it most.

Don’t forget ARL is not just about throwing back some supps, it’s detox procudures - coffee enemas, near infrared saunas every day (buy a portable one) and eating the recommended diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Highly recommend a practioner, they also take you through all your results so you understand the what’s going on and they may change the program based on how your feeling at the time.
