There is not 1 definition.

It does not have to be morally right to be alpha male. You can be villain and be alpha male. You can be psychopath serial killer and be alpha male.

It is a state of mind. People who are alpha male dominate environment and people around them.

You can be biggest cunt on earth and still be an alpha male.

You do not have to be in balance to be alpha male (feminine/masculine).

Alpha male is male on top of food chain. I think there are aggressive alpha males and calmer alpha males. It is how he is perceived by his peers that makes him alpha or beta.

Now alpha male characteristics are definitely: calm, aggressive if needed, strong, big (depends), socially savvy, etc.

I personally think it is wide range of possibilities.

betas are agressive, Tethas are afraid. Alpha is in the middle.


Bullies like that kid happen in highschools, all the time. Those are beta males. aggressive loud, pick on people.

Alpha males is quite, and balanced. and BUSY. And when a beta male picks on him with his aggression, ALPHA male just kills him and then beta males becomes a little bouncer for the alpha male.

The strongest people in school, high school are the busy , on their own mind quiet people. Loud stupid take it or leave it , usually get their ass handed to them if they attack those kinds of males.

I don't like the words alpha and beta in the first place, they automatically indicate superiority, when usually there is none. The scrawny nerdy middle aged man with a nice family and a job he is passionate about is in my book far superior to the guy who spends his whole life picking up chicks in clubs and never advances beyond that. I’ve experienced weakest of weak. I’ve experienced a high dht environment from TRT. I’ve also experienced a great time period post 21 day fast with electrolytes, betaine hcl pushing m .

My most alpha is when my cortisol feels strongest. When cortisol feels strong and I have enough of it, body can handle so much stress. Body wakes up with plenty of energy but not too much. It’s a strong wake up feeling. Anxiety non existent.

On TRT, pregnenoline, t3 (pre pfs) although I had a lot of mycoplasma present likely, it was more of a fake alpha. Horny as all hell but just a nervous person talking to people. Wasn’t in the moment.

Let’s call it electrolytes, betaine hcl bruschi last winter when I felt my most alpha. I was in the moment. Being in the moment where you don’t need anything but yourself to feel strong. You don’t need alcohol or any type of drug to make yourself fit the atmosphere.

You know you’re the best thing in the atmosphere and you appreciate being yourself.

This can be endless discussion. I never try to be alpha. Some days I feel alpha (calm, confident, energetic) and some days I feel less alpha.

Especially when I train too much and too heavy I become anxious and aggressive. But when I am resting good amount and eating enough calories and healthy food I get alpha male feeling. It is contentment with myself and also confidence to just walk up to people, no neuroticism.

So it does come from within. And I think some days you can feel alpha and other days opposite.

football players , it depends on the position. Some football players , the good ones are extremely intelligent and nice. Since you simply cant dominate if you are not balanced. YOU can be strong but stupid= zero domination. Some stupid players can be used in football, but Tennis players are more rounded. and doubt a stupid player can dominate in tennis.
