@RebelWithACause This is close to what we were discussing yesterday, about the diets
He actually eats close to how a man would eat without tools.

Interesting. Although he sounds really “off” somehow. Like braindead or monotone.. also his pectorials look very Strange similar to those that inject whatever into their muscles to make Them grow..
Ray Peat?I actually ate one meal a day for 20 years.
And then I read some bs, and started to eat 3 meals a day, and also added tons of dairy , and within a month or so I got extremly sick.
Yeah 1200 calories, when all the juice is not included. That dude is an absolute quack, come on Helen. He even gave himself some ultimate legendary name and talks straight out of his ass.
How many calories and how active are you? Maybe swimming in the ocean is really the key thing for you because I certainly can't imagine someone eating that little all the time and still being very healthy, in mind, spirit and body. altogether.

Interesting. Didn't you say you have or had scoliosis and that those people have very high CO2 levels and need to eat less somewhere? Or what else could be the reason you think it worked so well for you, while for others it clearly doesn't.
You think all dairy is bad? Trace Elements recommends me a lot of dairy, skim milk, fat milk and cottage cheese.I actually ate one meal a day for 20 years.

Yes they rank me as Fast 2, although I've read that 3/4 lows can hide your real oxidation rate, so maybe I am not a real fast oxidizer, we will find out in 3 months when I retest.I dont think dairy is bad, for me it was
You must be fast oxidizer.
I was the healthiest in my life and did pro tennis, pro skiing biathlon at that time., I ate one meal a day from 10 to about 26
I dont eat one time a day now. Since I got lead poisoning, so needed to eat a lot more to chelation purposes.
I fasted for 65 days and swam in the ocean daily 5 km)) Mind gets so clear , you cant even imagine, I barely lost any muscle mass on that, since when you exercise during fast , muscles go last. After that fast, I did not even wanted to start eating again. I looked amazing.
But I did get probably some nutrients from the sea, since i was in it all the time.
How much did you weigh when starting that fast? If i fast 65 days im dead
Actually that fast I started already skinny, I weighted around 90 kg or 200lbs ( that is skinny for me with almost no fat), and I got to about 78kg after 65 days fast.
Usually my weight is around 95-100kg or 220lbs , low fat, I never get fat. but I am relatively tall 6'4''
i saw people go from 100 to about 50 on fasts. with no problems.
I’d end up at about 48kg lol im 175cm tall (5’9) weight is 61kg now
@mattyb What , do you think , Matty this regimen is sustainable?
One meal a day? Yeah, for some people, of course. I don't think it's necessary, but I would say it's sustainable for some people. I have yet to see a person who consistently does it and doesn't rely on caffeine to get through the day though. And then your whole life becomes scheduling around your meal because typically (in my experience) people who do this for a long period of time get really tired after eating and are generally useless after their meal.
