Because I dont remeber anymore how exactly I was :p
Thats the new me.

Still No libido.
I will try again Ella + Progesterone later.

Tommorow I will go to a cytologist for testing my minerals and everything.

I crash to everything that boosts androgens (Gym, clomid, Tribulus,Proviron, zinc etc)

I feel better when I stop gym, eat unhealthy etc.
Its absolutely crazy.

Hi guys,

Im back to inform you about the results of my Metabolomic analysis.
Its a 20-page analysis that shows how our cells metabolizes proteins, carbs, lipidis etc.

I have a metabolic syndrome that just sounds absolutely absurd to me.
I have high deficiency of B complex Vitamins so I am not able to produce energy so I raise the stress hormones (dopamine- cortisol- adrenaline).
I cant metabolize properly carbs.
I cant metabolise properly Dopamine ( but i can serotonin)
My Gut is absolutely perfect (the microbs pathogenics + non)
I have Glutamine defeciency
My folic acid is Low.
And i have hyperinsulnaimia(induced propably due to use of finasteride)

High 2-Hydroxy-isobutyric Acid = An intermediate metabolite of GABA
Possible causes: Low GABA levels duw to B6 deficiency, Nitrogen management disorder, chemical intoxication ( Surprise!)
Symptoms : Increased CNS stimulation- neurological disorders
Treatment: P5P 50mg/day + Glutamin + B1

So i have to take:
-B complex-100 (2 pills day)
-P5P (50mg/day)
-Magnesium citrate
- L -Glutamine
-Lipoic Acid \ Carnitine
-D3
------------------------
Diet:
3 times week beef
2 times chicken
No sugar - No bread- no rice- no sour - no potatos- no fruit juices
no milk-yoghurt and refreshments.
-------------------------

Wow, this seems like a very thorough test. The fact that it paints and accurate picture of where finasteride has put you should be encouraging, especially since you've gotten these personalized recommendations. Is the test done by a third party company, or just this particular doctor?

Nice test. Matches what we were talking about.

Is this Nutreval test. I have quite a few of those tests done. Where the test tells you exactly your metabolism

My blood and urine samples haωε been send to Italy.
I dont even know how is possible to have B complex def?
I eat tons of red meat and milk.

Dont know what is going on i will try the diatery plan and i will take the supplements.

If i am not mistaken , lots of ppl got better because of B complex + magnesium.

Yes absolutely.

-Low citric + Isocitric = Amino Deficiency, Problems with Digestion.

Solution: B complex / Magnesium/ L Glutamin/ Raise Protein/ Digestive enzymes

-Low 2-Ketoglutaric = Metabolic Stress, Hyperinsulinemia,Metabolic syndrom

Solution: B complex / Vitamin D3/ Glutamin/Magnesium/ALA/Carnitine/

-High 3-Hydrobutyric Acid = Low oxidation of Carbs--->Low ATP
Possible reasons: Cells cant use glucose properly, Indeficency at the enzymes of Cytochrome

Solution: B complex / Magnesium/ L Glutamin/ ALA/ Carnitine/ reduce Carbs + Sugar

The most shocking part from this analysis for me was that i am B complex def.
SHOCKING.
Clean meat 5 times week + 2 whole eggs / day everything with vegetables + supplement.

Citric mesures krebs cycle.
Im 79mmol/ mol with limit 660.
Im extremely low.
Its like my cells cant produce energy properly :/

thanks for posting the test results EsQimo, it tell a lot about the condition and makes sense of the protocols which cured people like low carb diets, cyclic keto, some guys on vit D, etc.

How much was this test?

How does this compare to a hair test? An ARL program only measures minerals so this might be something more accurate, no?

Nutreval is a good test. It measures the same stuff as EsQimo describes. genova diagnostics. Look it up.

I have done this test for many people with POIS. Some people got better. It was expensive though. It was 1000 before. Dont know how much it is now.

I am seeing positive results with Bs, essential aminos and carnitine. Look forward to your future updates after using the supps.

About €1000 yeah. I just read about it.

Still, should it replace hair testing and its programs around here since it also gives you a vitamin and amino profile? €1000 Isn’t something I can easily spare, but maybe this provides us with more insights than ARL and can help us quicker. Willing to safe for it then.

As I said , I have seen many Nutreval tests for POIS people. Some of the people got helped. Some it did not do anything.

Since you need to understand, nutreval just tells you where they see the problem. but they dont know how exactly to fix it either. Just patch it.

Basically what Esqimo showed in his tests I explained, and if you read electrolytes protocols it is basically everything there. Remember magnesium potassium B vitamins. aminos etc

You can try to load up on Bs with aminos. As I suggest and see if it helps you faster than ARL

Right, thanks!

Nice that big fancy tests such as these confirm your work. You are awesome! :)

I’ll add B vitamins and EAA to my ARL stack. Even though ARL does not suggest B’s for fast oxidizers, hopefully it doesn’t harm me.

Yeah, man, I hope that just by pounding Bs in crazy amounts along with electolytes and protein .does this in

Watch out with pounding in B's in crazy amount. Took one Thorne's B complex before bed and immediately two when waking up. Instantly got huge hives, rashes and skin irritation from it. My entire body feels like it's burning. My face especially.

If you take B's, it's better to spread it out rather than this.

What if you have (probable) hyper/under methylation... Is taking B vitamins dangerous?
Even after fasting like 20-30 days (5,6 were with a break then 20 straight), my B was way above range in Endo tests.
Seeing as tho I have a mired psyche history (despite almost never actually going to one to avoid such issues), and collagen/weird joint issues, also pfs, hypersensitive to a LOT, of things... I wonder if some B vitamins, or methyl-B etc will kill me.

Mostly doubt it, but don't want any surprises. Not only for PFS, but for something else I take, it could be good to megadose some variant of said B-complexes/vitamins.

Is there a remedy if there's a severe reaction ?
Just thinking ahead.

Although I do take potassium, magnesium, amino's... So B probably won't kill me. But I've said that about other things and the 2 times I was wrong... Well, shiiiiiet.

You cant not take methylated Bs.

Also there is probably niacin in your Bs.

Non methylated B's. Does this mean taking separate B's without B12? Anyone know this? :)

No that mean taking a regular b complex without methylfolates and methylb12. Just regular forms

Why no methyl Bs? They are in Thorne and ARL packs... what is the likely core issue blocking methylation?

Some people do ok on methylated Bs. And some do real bad. Methylation is play between copper magnesium and Bs and aminos like histidine. and methionine.

I personally think people have trouble with sugar oxidation or antioxidation , that is why methylation is closed.

So all these methylations blocks and theories I think dont have much to do with methylation.

ARL never had methylated vitamins in there. Now they added it may be this year. Dr Eck is dead. So i dont know what he would say about this.
I have no idea who is continuing the research now.
