Yea waiting it out. Tamofixen made me feel like shit. I read Clomid is even worse.

Gotta say my testosterone is low now but I do not feel that much different. Libido and motivation is low. But nothing like PFS or Tamoxifen.

I think I'll be fine. Will let you guys know in a few weeks if I feel better again.

Awesome man! You're gunna be good as new in no time.

There's a link here I put in source talk for enclomid... that one you could use and it won't make you feel like shit. It doesn't have zuclomid which is estrogenic and the reason clomid makes ppl feel like ass. It's a pure estrogen antagonist

Awesome. May look into that if things don't workout.

I am getting bloodwork in 4-5 weeks to see where I am at.

So you think your pfs is 100% gone?

I think so yes. My testicle size is coming back. Once I got OK testosterone levels I can know.

Even now with low T I do not have bad symptoms. I do not have the high stress/anxiety symptoms.

Libido is low but not non-existent. In PFS it was zero.

Anyways with a bit patience I will be back to 100% and I'll let you know.

Testicle size almost back to normal (big). Libido low-medium. It is there. Digestion is good. No brainfog. No stress issues. No anxiety issues. No depression. I sleep good (7-8 hours).

Strength is gym is good but I cannot handle a lot of volume right now. So I do not train as long as normal.

This is 28 days (4 weeks) after last injection. In 1 month I will get blood work done (8 weeks after last injection).

Your regular gp is ok with these blood tests or do you go to steroid poli/ other lab?

In the UK either you get lucky and find a GP that will give you all the bloods you want or you pay out of your nose to go private

I am eating a low carbohydrate diet focussed on red meat at the moment. Doing this for a month. Just to see how I do. An experiment. I also cut out caffeine.

I also tried raw meat. It is easy digestable. I also read it contains enzymes for digestion when you eat it raw. It was fresh meat from trusted source. Tasted pretty good.

Current situation:

- High body temperature all the time, no cold hands and feet like I used to have
- Stress resilient: staying calm under pressure - used to go crazy from the smallest bit of stress in PFS and for a long time after, hasn't been this good in years - this is a new development
- Mental health is good: no depression, no anxiety, good energy
- Testicles are full sized again
- Libido fluctuates. In the morning it is good. In the evening it is lower. Not zero but lower. I cannot complain since 5 weeks ago was the last time I injected testosterone. Without PCT I seem to recover fairly quickly.
- Did not lose any muscle. Just water.
- Strength in gym is good.
- Still taking the potassium chloride and magnesium chloride with last meal.

Overall I am feeling good. Nothing to complain about. Only thing I am waiting for is my libido coming back. And see if I can get completely balanced (100% health) instead of 90% where I was. This is the road I am on now.

NIce, you're doing well man.

By raw meat do you mean like: Steak Sashimi, and tuna/salmon, etc...(i.e. Sushi, and other fish sources)?
Only raw meats I've had. And also I guess eggs in a shake, or liquid (gross).
Do you mean poultry as well? Or mostly red meat? Red meat daily?

How many times a week do you workout bro? If you're in good shape... and have time, and are working out 5-7 days... YOU can maintain most of this, at 3-4 with light-medium lifts right? If pressed for time, maybe even 2-3 lifts -- total body? I think maybe 4 is good for me. And just doing other stuff, while injured (hand, wrist, thumb, etc).

Yea I eat steak raw, eggs raw, I also cook meat. I do both. Not all meat is good raw. Like ground beef. I do think raw meat and raw eggs digest easy for me. People used to eat raw meat all the time. And like you say sashimi is popular dish all raw. In a lot of cultures there is raw meat.

I eat red meat everyday. Sometimes some fish, eggs, butter, seafood.

I lift 3 days a week. I do not think I can maintain the physique I had. Testosterone makes you hold a lot of water in muscles. It is a 3D look that you do not have as a natural.

My main priority in the gym is keeping strength and it is going well.

Yeah, me neither. "I lift 3 days a week. I do not think I can maintain the physique I had."
Probably eventually just a skinnier but still strong version of myself - which is fine. Still pretty strong...
I'll fit in clothes and still be able to kick ass... so who cares, I'm not a bodybuilder (as a job).

I can't maintain that stuff all throughout prof. school and work later... BUT* the point was to get healthy again and back to life, not be constantly ripped forever...
Can still be that, but obviously cannot set records every workout... bones and wrists and all that do not grow as fast as LBM... and it's asking for an injury....
I mostly workout just like running before bc of helping the psyche stuff --- but also boredom, and keeping away from bad habits.... BUT at some point, gotta just stop, and do something else. In school 3 x a week and in exams probably zero (if all the other years of school were indication, I'll be playing catch up a lot). AND in work, same thing, unfortunately, until I have dream job, etc...

Lifting and running help motivation, focus, mood, organization for me... USED to be enough, but not after 21 or so.

So I feel good on low carb diet but I know in long run I will probably lower my metabolism too much. What is a good strategy to get benefits from low carb diet (energy, mental clarity) but not slow metabolism too much? Add in some fruit? Or white rice? What is best carb source? I do not want a lot of fiber.

I tried meat and rice diet before, it works well but I do not feel as energized as I do now.

The way I feel now is I feel like I can run through a wall. A lot of mental energy + good type of aggression. Maybe this is adrenaline.

If you don't like too much sugar, you could snack on a little fruit throughout the day or have a glass of OJ for breakfast and eat some white rice for dinner. Rice should be easily digestible. Maybe find some without added iron.

Yea I will try that. Add small amounts of fructose and some rice.

I feel great right now though. No hunger, no cravings. Wake up refreshed. Strong in gym. I eat good amount of meat though. Probably 1-2kg. I eat until I am not hungry anymore. Kind of like the zero carb approach (Zeroing in on Health).

I do not understand why humans cannot feel like this without fucking themselves up - e.g. lower metabolism. I feel like a kid. Highly motivated and clear headed. I want to feel like this always.

I think for a lot of people, just cutting out the processed shit and PUFA will make them feel better, regardless of low/high carb. A lot of people tend to still have issues with higher carb diets after they make those changes (for various reasons), so I think slowly introducting fructose is a good approach to eventually move toward a higher carb diet and raise metabolism.

Yea I think so too. It is interesting though. I read a lot of people getting great benefits from zero carb and ketogenic diet. Especially things like joint pain and auto immune diseases.

I did this diet before and it cleared up my psoriasis within a month. And I did not eat processed foods. Only cut out the carbohydrates and vegetables.`

But then I also read people who did zero carb lowering their metabolism/testosterone.
