Different perspective in recent yrs it is what it is, lots of ppl have flings esp in large cities, and nothing is permanent. BUT* if addiction prone... not so bad being abstinant for a while (obviously not trying to be the "Virgin Queen"). But still, flings, alcohol, shady ppl, and distraction, mixed emotions... better to work on self alone and wait till in a better place sometimes. THOUGH, cannot exactly turn away all the time either, bc then get rusty or other bad emotions. Yes. Low E2 and high E2 can both make OCD worse. When my E2 is "crashed" it makes me feel like the Low-Histamine Low-Stimulation type of OCD. Where the lack of Concentration and Attention predominates...makes you focus on shit "inside your head" versus shit around you. No emotions means also, irrational fantasies. With Low E2 I find myself "seeking stimulation" a lot more than usual.
High E2 makes Stress worse...so you will have "stress-induced OCD" and increased sensitivity to HOT and COLD.
Everything becomes a 'Stressor'.
Then you become over-emotional, over-OCD etc.
Whereas Low E2 OCD is more like 'thought disorder'.
Bizarre irrational obsessions and compulsions based on Brain-Fatigue.
At that point - Amphetamine is about the only thing will cure low E2-based OCD!!!!!!
Because with Low E2; its a MIX of Low Norepinephrine & Low Serotonin induced OCD-racing thoughts.
More because of low NORADRENALINE, though!

I haven't found it just you either. I instinctively avoid a lot of western women now and go for asians. I'd ideally want a european woman as that's what I am but they've become so vile little by little. Obvious exceptions of course.

I know a lot of Swedish Women and German women are like that. There's this small proportion of Nordic-Women that are almost "too manly". No thanks!
