I am going to drink more water today to see if it helps the issue.

40 male varsity athletes were interviewed and filled out a questionnaire detailing all side effects during the double blind study. Two side effects showed the greatest difference between the creatine and placebo group: sleep irregularity (creatine 47%, placebo 7%) and muscle soreness (creatine 53%, placebo 14%).

Is there any theory behind this? Why does this happen?

I take creatine in the morning by the way - not right before bed.

Creatine pushes 5AR, this lowers progesterone and potassium. you get less cortisol and increased adrenaline. that is why awake.

When you get off creatine , I think you should get better

I was taking creatine while i was tapering down my ssri, always wondered if that was part of the cause of pssd

People take so much shit , that is hard to figure what imbalances are created

Like me, I took fin, and then they put me on SSRI. and also I completely went off alcohol and cigarettes.

This is why it is so hard, you fix one thing, and then get hit by other thing.

like I remember anything that fixed my energy, causes POIS crashes. When I got the energy down, POIS was gone

This is why I rec people TEI, since only long term balancing can take care of the problems.

Otherwise it is going back and forth constantly

Another way , is something like electrolytes protocol , just feed everything , all electrolyte all shilagits, all minerals and let the body eventually balance. Something what CDnuts did.

of course if someone can figure out all his imbalances and clear those with contrarian endocrinology then yes. that can work, but so hard to do.

Like I was also put on inhaler for astma ( ventolin) during my crash from FIn. that screwed up my adrenaline receptors like crazy.

then I went off of it. and I had zero energy, since I had no cortisol and not sensitive adrenaline.

And I could not take any magnesium. One magnesium pill make me feel like shit.

But I went ahead and cycled it for 2 weeks, I had very very bad effects from it, |but when I came off, boom, It seems my adrenaline was working better. and energy came back

--I am certain TEI makes sense for MNK., however, when is ARL preferred to correct such imbalances? It has stronger detox reactions, does it not?
-- Catherine stated: "I've seen good results with both."

I remember I took MDMA while on finasteride. Also taking things like Phenibut and GHB. My body was probably like what the fuck is this dude doing.

Sometimes people crash from MDMA alone. LOL It is true. I abused my body so badly and I paid the price.

Sometimes a man must abuse himself so he does not abuse others.

exactly man. this has probably very little to do with fin. most people were already fucked before fin.

taking steroids, taking this and that. and then fin was just the the last drop.

Well i guess people with anxiety already had an imbalance to start with, guess we just made it worse.

And yeah xtc/mdma use can have similar effects as pssd/pfs. Serotonin receptor damage some say, this issue my gp actually recognises lol

nah only lack pleasure and hate life.. and "perma fried", and forgetting words and stuff.... and "brain damage" with XTC, COKE, METH, etc. --> simple enuff.

MDMA once every 40-60d fine. (SOME, not many) DOCS recommend it.

100% pure MDMA Crystals is a godsend.

@Jaxx

Actually, I remember some people got POIS from smoking POT. A lot of people do get it from POT.

and then some of them restore from cocaine ))

I knew people that got crazy crash from smoking pot, and this caused PSSD POIS PFS, with POIS crazy anxiety , total crash.

And then all these people recovered doing coke.

I know since in trading company in NYC it was gazzillion of people traders and most of them were either on pot or coke. And then they would switch around LOL

It was really funny

those who smoked pot, crashed from pot and could not touch pot anymore. but then several cycles on coke and they could smoke pot again LOL

TRADING ON POT = me bankrupt or even worse. Medical pot fine but too dumb and tired to trade. --> SMOKING unknown percentages?? too paranoid/manic to know wtf day it is / esp. on an SNRI/SSRI (like 10yrs ago, for a few months).

ON COKE = smarter than all the craziness can trap me in. (good coke, not shitty street/ afterhrs shyt).
I've seen finance and med guys drink and do coke or just drink (think they're so saintly).

Cousin hates drugs/ uncle who is all into forex... like pot a lot... I dunno ev1s different.
IDEAL person = no drugs ever.

Some people do good on pot trading and some on coke. I knew traders who could not trade without POT. They lost money while off pot, but always made money on POT. it is wild. Others are the same with coke

YA i think the two types you refer to... could very well be "self-medicating" 2 different (classes of issues.)

also it's life exp ... if youre 20 25 and made it this far no drugs ever... or had other traumas, or see your friends / family get fucked up with drugs, that would make you swear off of them, regardless of job or cognitive style.

ME,... uppers make me think fast without all the anxiety and indecision and self doubt and changing my mind... and ideally without daydreaming too.
DAYDREAMING's fine tho, for creative work or dating ( a bit, you have to fucking be based in reality too). They like spontaneity up to a point, not psychosis lol.
Mostly never had that, possibly never, not sure.

Never been a fan of drugs or alcohol. Only took them to get loose a bit. I also quit addictions easily.
I was not even taking many drugs. If I look at friends of mine. They take coke, MDMA on bi-monthly basis and drink themselves to blackout and eat shit foods.
Hardest addictions with most impact for me was pornography and cigarettes.

Cigarettes was crazy. I was chain smoker from the start. Smoked for 1-2 years but so much people would look at me like I was crazy. I was constantly smoking if I could.

After that got anxiety, depression, stress problems. Then I started ritalin. ETC. ETC. ETC. Stupid fucking choices!

I am doing good now though. And I do not even crave drugs. Fuck that. I like the sober life. It is just hard on your social life. People want to drink with other drinkers. Not guys who are stone cold sober. Picking up girls is also harder. But it is more rewarding.

Tell me about it dude, smoked cigarretes for 10 years and then quit. and hello POIS. cigarettes effects acetylcholine. And acetylcholine imbalance causes POIS

WE had tons of people who quit cigarretes and got POIS.

--i don't smoke (asthma), but vaping nicotine is pretty hard to quit... I quit effexor cold turkey, PMO (well not 1900 days), alcohol, illegal substances, dex 18months, etc... bread years, but nicotine and (opposite of nofap) are hardest for me... and internet... games easy enuff to quit at 16-18, here and there is fine (haven't but could).
--tv... easy at 14-16, because it sucks anyways. So yeah nicotine is super addictive, if I found it harder to quit than other things (alcohol, effexor, coke were pretty hard in a way to quit).
-social media easy ---> id theft. had no choice, lol. smoking easy to quit if right vaping gear, but it maintains the nicotine addiction. COFFEE pretty hard too.

Yea I think smoking is hard drug to quit. I cannot imagine smoking for 10 years and then having to quit. Must be a hard time.

I was biggest head case in baseball growing up. Very talented, but I just couldn’t ever find consistency. 2/15 one week, 10/15 the next. Never a .350 hitter at once but lifetime yes. It was either .600 or .150.

Smoking pot in late teens, early 20s just calmed me to find consistency. Without practice in summer leagues I finally became consistent hitter. I smoked before every game. College kid, enjoying life- it just calmed me the f down, allowed me to enjoy that game.

@Slayo mentioned pots role on potassium. He says it lowers it? I don’t know- all I can say is I’m not doing as well on it as I used to and I’m tapering it’s use. Not going to stop completely, but I’m realizing I gotta lower it’s use to help me out of this health hole I’m in.
