It can impair your hairtest results, be careful
I was afraid of that, I have been using salt scrubs for weeks before I sent my hair sample. So basically you need to leave your hair alone for 3 to 6 months before cutting the hair sample. If my test is not right at all I am probably fucking my self up even more with TEI supplements.

Anyway, wouldn't the dead sea salt increase the minerals on the hair test? Most of my minerals were extremely low, as you can see in the first post.

Small update. Been using the TEI supplements for a week, I know, a week is not long, but I'd like to log my progress and it might be useful for someone in the future.

Cons:
- Libido non existant, also some shrinkage down there.
- Scalp itch is less in the morning, but gradual increases during the day.

Pros:
- Stools are very very solid, it all starts with digestion right? So maybe if this one stays fixed, the rest will follow. Let's hope TEI is fixing my liver/bile acids.
- I have some very uplifting moments in the morning, although those gradual decrease during the day (Feeling tired and having a feeling that it has been 'enough' at work)

A week you can notice things for sure I think. Obviously huge changes to baseline, necessitates more time. I mean I haven't done it yet but for fin, dex, etc... all drugs... ya.

You can switch to body hair instead. That’s what I did.

Update: been using TEI supplements for two weeks, also eating mostly foods they recommended.

- Heavy depression, like for real. ZERO emotions and can't feel a single moment of joy, anger or anything.
- Slow breathing, sometimes I need to remind myself to take a breath, scary shit.
- Scalp itch is non existant in the morning, but goes crazy active after my lunch each day, steadily increasing during the day to a point where I get reminded every minute that I have hair loss.
- Libido non existant, shrinkage too.

So nothing good so far. I knew it was going to be a long and tough ride, but this is some fucked up shit.

Are these completely new symptoms or returning to baseline?

Hoping you blast through this and rebound the other way, give it at least 3 months and re-test.

3 weeks on TEI supplements and having some ups and downs. I feel all kind of changes going on and have had several wet dreams lol. Also last monday I forgot to take the supplements at work and felt awesome the whole day (snapback anyone?) Until I took them again in the evening and got some nervous kinda symptoms. Like my body is driven by adrenaline or something. Scalp itch goes up and down. If I get a good 9 hours sleep and eat very strict, the scalp itch is non existant, but still later in the day it gets active with those 'nervous'-like symptoms.

All in all I am excited to continue with TEI.

Scalp itch is a good thing. Although I never had hair loss prior to PFS, near the end of my recovery my scalp became itchy again.
