Could someone please do this. I saw multiple places where this can be done .

Same can be done with progesterone, since many have high progesterone.

Plasma levels of hormones shows just enzymes work, but does not show how brain wants it.

In CSF study all patients were found to have extremely low DHT in CSF

hormones can enter CSF only in free forms.

So it would be a great help if we could measure this for high and low DHT cases

May be we dont have different cases, may be we have just different metabolism in people , like slow oxidizers fast oxidizers

but free DHT levels are extremely low in both groups

This is an example of what I am talking about. Dihydrotestosterone, Free, Serum (36168)

I can run a free DHT test here at work. will do as soon as I can.

yeah you can run it. but you are on hormones and feeling good.

i would like someone who is bad to run this so we understand this better.

But yes, if you could please run this also.

when people run this, please measure DHT , and free DHT. so we see the ratio also.

Also if you could do the same for progesterone and estrogen.

also free forms. it would answer a lot of your questions. And also rations of free to total

Don't count on any of the Dutchies. Getting just DHT tested is already a pain in the butt and takes months. I've searched before but free DHT isn't an option, it seems, not here at least.

I can tell you my total T is very high, i measured after crash, 1 and 2 years into crash. Always high total T, low free T, high SHBG.

I offer myself to test, i will check if available in Italy.
If you know any place where to test let me know, I can fly over to get tested or send them by post

@dante Actually , scratch that. I think minerals should enter CSF bound to transport proteins, like ceruloplasmin as an example

this is why it is so important not to have too much free minerals flying around, since they can enter the CSF without being bound. and cause toxicities in the brain.

And hormones cause gene expression which increases these proteins. and enter CSF in free forms.

This is a theory of course, since I never tested it.

May be it is the opposite who knows
