Is there a specific dosage of zinc, copper, iron, selenium we should all be experimenting?

Also, histamine and histadine aren't related, are they?

So to clarify you are saying to to try taking

Histidine
Selenium
Zinc
Iron
Glycine

All together to see if temp rises?

I am saying to get tested. this is a discussion not a protocol yet. And THERE ARE 2 cases here, one with insensitive cortisol and another with super sensitive cortisol

And I am still not sure which case is the majority.

I think it is a matter of upregulated or downregulated . Upregulated or downregulated zinc finger. For some crazy reason, everyone just thinks that they need to increase zinc finger.

Read carefully what I wrote in the first post. UPREGULATED or downregulated. That is why I guess if cortisol is too sensitive you can have protein wasting hairloss, and if cortisol is insensitive you can have androgenic hairloss.

WE should explore 2 cases, supersensitive cortisol and cortisol resistance.

In the past when I have taken cortisol (isocort), I get extemely oily skin. Would taking extra cortisol when not needed, cause sensitivity or resistance?

I'll go ahead and wait before i try adding in histidine and cysteine, or anything in general. but i like what i read. i also like that either gboldeuv or tubzy (i forget who mentioned it), said that they got the libido aspect increased from doing such. up until 2 or 3 months ago, i was all super high energy, but no libido. then i fucked up by using creatine and excessive daily use of nutrabio brand tribulus. this concept interests me because ironically i tried some zinc, and it pulled me out of the hole from that creatine and excessive tribulus experiment that lowered my energy. and some days had a good reaction to it. and other things like selenium. ive noticed feeling good after eating tuna that had selenium in it. and this was months ago. Glycine works for me too as far as a sleep aid too (sometimes).

I keep reading that there are 2 cases when it comes this. i read about such awhile back too. many guys will respond to certain things, and then ill go ahead and try it, and i wont get a response. i was a user of the orginial/oldschool propecia, back from about 2003-2011. that old propecia was deadly.

Excess cortisol (due to insensitivity) would suppress immune system which would allow for infections to increase in the body. These infections would increase reverse T3 and lower body temperature.

The Physiology of Stress: Cortisol and the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis

Also notice that many PFS'ers come up with Epstein Barr Virus which has been reactivated, others with Lyme that was probably dormant and became activated with weakened immune system.

Yeah, that is what we were talking about here.

the only thing is to figure out , who is high and who is low histamine type.

Supersentive cortisol will be bad also. So will be insensitive.

Yes many had EBV and mono just after Fin crash

@gbolduev
I want to do a 20-30 day fast in January, what’s you opinion on that ? Since my Hormone Levels are not back like they should.
Would it be counterproductive for my hormone system ?

I think it will be really good for your hormonal system

This may be off topic. But another thing I've noticed from personal experience is that when testosterone levels are elevated, digestive problems seem to be reduced. Zinc supposedly increases free test

hey @Sevens, I haven't done a fast and I'm hoping to do one soon... but what happens is a up-regulation of receptors since you're starving your cells of nutrients... A lot more happens, such as cells go into a protection mode seemingly leftover from evolution... and, interestingly, cancer cells do NOT have this signal to protect themselves... I learned a lot watching a video on Amazon prime called 'The Science of fasting'

there are other ppl on here like Gbolduev who knows more of fasting and Tubzy & Orion who have done long fasts... though blood levels may show lower levels of test & all hormones, your receptors increase and up-regulate in an attempt to maximize what's available...

Gbolduev definitely knows more of how cortisol and such reacts... Perhaps we should have a separate thread for discussion of fasting reactions...

Ok thanks, but a fast will lower my testosterone and all that right?

It makes your hormones more sensitive since you are not taking in any food so receptors upregulate and you become more sensitive to hormones again (even insulin hence why fasting increases insulin sensitivity) I noticed this from personal experience.

Seems we have threads... but not for fasting reactions....

@gbolduev so you think this zinc finger protocol could help a guy who crashed from RU58841? Jonnycraig I think crashed from it too? I'm currently doing cdnuts protocol and I'm doing an an andro cycle on week 4.

Overall doing quite well like 85% but libido and erection strength is still like 66%. Been improving but if there's a way to make this come faster would love to give it a try. But also don't want to risk fucking my shit up more lol.

Is anyone or @gbolduev able to confirm if the hair patent in the opening post is histidine + copper + lysine or glycine?

He said glycine, but then he said the base aminos, and mentioned lysine in another post somewhere in this thread.

I think you could try whatever you feel to since you have not any blood test confirming where you are. So the choise to take supplements, wich one, how much etc...is completelly casual without any diagnostic blood test.
By the way, you claimed to do not have PFS anymore, why still messing with supplements?
If you are really out from this crap situation, enjoy your life. Hair is what put yourself in this situation, still thinking about hair risking to mess you up again?

Guys, does anyone else get hairloss when they take copper?
