Interesting. It would be interesting to learn more about which drugs can effect zinc and if there is a connection with people who take these drugs getting PTSD
Does this theory rely on at least the majority of people who get PTSD taking high amounts of or at least taking some zinc?
I’m not questioning it directly. But i am questioning if veterans in war zones were taking zinc or even eating lots of foods high in zinc?
Or are we suggesting that these...
Nice. If I remember correctly this is how champ from swole cycled it as well resulting in a recover he later retracted right ?
Do you use a particular licorice product or know if a particular one is recommended ?
Another indicator pointing towards stress hormone/receptor regulation issue with PFS. I can honestly relate to this. Not the feeling like I’m on drugs. But the always just feeling like my whole stress response is just off.

It’s to good to hear that you are making an upward trend here. Congrats on hooking up with that chick you have been taking about.
Is all licorice root created equal ? I’m going to get it. It’s my understanding that it increases Cortisol more so then it balances it. I need to know where I...
I know this will not make you feel any better but they are not slaves in the Netherlands. We are though. Modern day slaves.
About half our country is. You have the super wealthy. (“the one percent or three percent or what ever it actually is”) The other half has a good enough job where they...
Count me in. I was twenty six when I took my first round of Saw P. I was working a full time job night shift plus another job during the day. I would sleep 4 hrs in between jobs. I would drink an energy drink every night.
I still worked out every day, was in good shape, did not smoke or take...

Have you read this study yet ?
Neurobiological Interactions Between Stress and the Endocannabinoid System
One thing that jumped out at me:
“Additionally, in almost every brain region examined, exposure to chronic stress reliably causes a downregulation or loss of cannabinoid type 1...
Hmmm...
Maybe it’s the CB1 receptor that Helen has mentioned recently in the other thread resulting in the GR receptors being all out of whack
It’s complicated as hell but I have been trying to read this. It’s about the CB1 receptor and a lot of other related complicated shit haha...
Barbaar,
So the cortisol rebound down regulating the unregulated GR receptors. This actually makes sense
I have mentioned on several different threads that I was almost cured of PFS from a three day 50 mg RU cycle back in 2017. My temp recovery was in the form of a bounce back in the weeks...
I think I answered my own question
The active metabolites in licorice extract which are glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetic acid can lead to a syndrome known as apparent mineralocorticoid excess [Stewart et al. 1987]. These side effects arise from the inhibition of the enzyme 11-ß-HSD and...
Sorry if this was already mentioned
Does licorice increase or decrease cortisol ?
I’m working on making the final plans for my RU cycle that I plan on starting on September 1st. I am going to be doing several different experiments with it seeing that I have a ton of it.
My first experiment...
