Basically opposite of what we want for majority with chronic illness. gLP1 causes progesterone depletion by activating 5h1-2c serotonin receptor. Causes prog—> cort. Ray Peat would hateeeee this. It’s supposed to be done with thyroid.

I injected Reta again. Couldn’t help myself. I think I’m just leaking fucking progesterone . Such a horrid approach GLP1s if so

    Fighting….

I might be moving from Reta to Elora. The 5ht-2c agonism by the GLP1s could be what make them the worst drugs in the world long term. I think maybe this is what converts progesterone to cortisol…. We want thyroid to do that. Not a drug. Let’s remember. That guy bruschi11 decided to use...

Interesting. F the bone broth I’ll just get collagen. My glycine dropped in aminos with the high sugar pro thyroid approach while on Reta. I saw it as bad thing and it is ultimately but it really isn’t as step 1 was being taken care of. Now how to get to glycine. Choline is probably the real...

    Fighting….

It’s funny the Ray peat diet is just the pro nmda diet…. Sugar for co2–> beta alanine. Glycine. And thyroid for taurine. Beta alanine and taurine activate glycine reception is what I’ve been trying to say. My glycine died on Reta. Maybe I’ll start really trying something different here like...

Like 1500 the last 3 months since I started the diet. I haven’t really had an appetite for 3 years . I’ve had to force food down. And still would only eat 2-2.5k calories for years . It was never an eating problem it was always a dead metabolism. My system is really turning on and I’m...

With that I do think we have an elite 8 supps. We have our minerals on top and b complex which I don’t really mention. we have Pqq coq10 going in. I’ll take folate choline and less so tmg which I would like to try more of. K2 a staple for TRT for e2 movement. But really staying mindful about...

    Fighting….

I’m really fucked up as I had a huge insulin burst from lots of sugar yesterday. I crashed harder than ever this morning. But as I get back on feet I just feel like ribose + ALA might be really important here as I get fat oxidation going. Ribose really is b2. It converts to r5p which makes fmn...

Yea I think whatever I did with that cagrilintide kept glucagon down for a bit allowing chromium to raise. But now that it’s fully out of me, it’s just back to same problems with chromium going low. Strongly believe iodine badly needed to help this issue. I think I’m oxygen toxic really. And I...

I do like what is happening a bit in terms of copper Metabolism. Which is I do believe is governed more by cobalt/b12. While I just feel I’m having issues with iron availability which I feel is more about insulin chromium pancreas relationship. At metabolism goes with this and it’s down again...

Carnitine fumarate + 7 keto dhea. Either the combo or one of them is starting things up. As do meb12 and ado. From there I really dug into freddds posts deep. 2009 were his first on phoenix rising it seems. He recovered in 2007. He started his protocol in 2003. He notes how meb12 for awhile...

Bad day but I just have Oligo changing a lot consistently beyond the normal s/p changing. Right now I’m showing sodium cr co along with the norms (p/s) changing as things turn on. I took too much biotin and what happpens? Manganese goes up too. That is not what we want. I think that tells us...

    Fighting….

Looks like I may just need carnitine fumarate instead of injections now. Also could be 7keto dhea doing something.

I say that but the first 3-4 months I took iodine regularly my fluoride fell in the long run. I think it’s ERb needs to go with ERa simply. Iodine pro ERa. And all my work needs to be focused on ERb to go with iodine Being the testo b12 nad co2 atp carnitine biotin approach as really ERb.

Iodine literally does the opposite for fluoride that you’d think at least in an oligoscan. Fluoride raises as i take iodine. Am I dumping it ?
