Received my emeramide, will start with a low dosage of 10mg per day to see how my body reacts. Some people can't tolerate 1-2mg at all and have to start with a toothpick emeramide applied to the skin according to the Facebook mercury chelation group. I Guess it depends on how sick you are and...

Also ordered some emeramide which I will be using for a low and slow chelation cycle. Seems to bind really strong to mercury but also lead and cadmium. Almost no risk of redistribution because of the tight bond. Shit's expensive though.

There are some reports about having positive effects on the hair, we will see. For the rest doing decent, ups and downs, have a great relationship but still have issues I need to fix. Still low libido and lack of motivation, also anhedonia at moments.

I also started GHK-Cu, mainly for skin/hair benefits, but it seems it might also have an effect on many genes and tissues. Curious to see what it does.

Have you figured out what works for you? I have symptoms of both fast and slow oxidizer. I think I run mainly on adrenaline. For now I'm doing low dose chelation with ALA, eating well, coffee enemas and liver flushes. Tempting to try low dose EDTA, but got cracking joints in the past from it.

I don't have anything that makes me feel better really, also too brainwashed by ARL/TEI and Helen that in order to fix your body chemistry, you usually feel worse temporary and feeling good are more like stilts. Obviously not the case if you are really deficient in something and supplement it.

Usually 500-1000mg 1-2 times a day. PectaClear is very expensive, I just buy straight sodium alginate powder. I had moments where NAC boosted my libido, calmness etc. But got crazy (glutamate?) rebound. Even lower dosages like 100mg or so give me side effects after a while, mainly when it wears...

Yeah I somewhat agree, but fixing all these systems seems hard indeed. I never had any success with TEI in the past, no heavy metals really on the test. Might give ARL a try in the future. Also did some chelations with ALA, NAC, sodium alginate/pectaclear etc. Never really got better by them...

Isn't that why Helen said cdsnuts protocol worked, the andro's are the DHT part and the herbs were actually having estrogenic activity. I did try multiple andro cycles and herbs in the past though and these didn't cure me. Same with hCG and proviron. Might even have set me back for the worse...
