-CD Nuts protocol follower. Recovery began 2/1/2018.
-Adrenal and Thyroid work in progress.
-Iodine seems to hold great promise.
In this mission I have:
-Dropped antidepressants 10/1/2018 (15 years on)
-Dropped Tobacco 9/1/2018 (3 years on)
-Dropped Caffeine 10/9/2018 (In progress)
-Severely limited watching of Porn
Currently ~ 85/90%. Will continue to herb cycle and run R Andro until I see fit.
