@expendable would you consider doing a 2nd run of Ella? I'm going to trial Ella in a week or so.
Or a 1st run of RU486?
How long were you able to fast before? Did it mostly help your mental effects? I don't have PSSD now, but I did in the past. I do have PFS though.
My fast helped a lot mentally... but there's a lot more to do.
