Thurs Mar 8th 2018:

diet-
supps-
rest day.
-health things I did: -Hairtest back in 2 weeks.
-endo tests back.

-Endocrinology: As per March 1st and March 3rd:
-ella affected Cortisol tests...
-I feel better after working out.
-I mentioned it as an afterthought, but I do have libido gains and the like with what I'm doing now and from ella.
-I will miss the closing time, so I'll get the stupid tests back tomorrow.
-Why can't they just send digital copies to patients. I'm smart enough to read a fucking document.
-It just wastes everyone's time - mostly mine.
-PRIVATE MEDICINE >> SOCIALIZED HEALTH CARE.
-Two tier at least. I'm tired of fat lazy socialists that try and treat easy problems while I'm left on my own and waiting when I could be making cash money instead.
-Although I am glad for emergency and surgical services for sure in Canada.

Just look at the facts:
-Gov't paid/ school paid psychiatrist/psychologist = ruined my life for sometime.
-The one I paid helped a lot 6 years later.
-The medicine which costs $400 every 2.5 months (dex) worked.
-The cheap garbage finasteride (generic) was like $30.
-My surgery which cost a lot of money -- was good.
-Imagine getting the retarded gov't to pay for that, they'd probably butcher me.
-Socialism does not work.
-I can't tell you how many times I had to yell, or stay up all night to deal with idiots at universities, health care offices, and gov't offices at 8am. Most those jobs simply should not exist. If it isn't useful for society, and they don't get paid, there's no self-incentive for them to do their job well.
-You could literally fire 80% of York University staff and get rid of 40,000 students and you'd see less unemployment and underemployment in Ontario. They're going on strike again. Lucky I'm not there anymore.
-Why the fuck would someone get a PhD - work 6h a week, just to go on strike? As a PhD you can literally bang your students and nothing happens.
-Stats are padded. --- Study the Economics of Law Schools in the States if you think I'm joking.
-It's all a huge scam.
-90% employment doesn't count if you're done law school and working at a fast food restaurant.
-And there's 300 schools in the States. Close the bottom 250. There's also two legal education streams and unaccredited programs.
-you know how many Uber drivers I know with a Master's in Engineering, Economics, Law, MBA degrees?
-1st time in history a couple years ago Law School enrollment fell from 50,000 annually to 38,000. It's because people finally realized it's ridiculous.
-Also a Master's in Math or Econ or Science (way way harder) are 2 years. There's no reason law school is 3 years except it generates money for the administration.
-So much for "The American Dream".

-Reminder: -haircut, sleep, get the tests back, and that which remains unsaid.
-186lb? wtf. I am definitely using Alternate Day Fasting. Not much cals 700 or so on rest days. I was like 175 and stronger before all this.
-then I lost weight randomly on lamotrigine and finasteride like 9 lb in a week (very strange) to like 167lb -- which is too little for me unless it's all muscle.

-it fluctuates and I worked out 2 days in a row and had a lot of carbs/ rice/quinoa. Likee 180 and 250g carbs or so. Way more than my usual.
-Actually some weight gain must be water retention and also digestion problems.
