I used to push things too far but mostly it was mental stress and insomnia... Like staying up 3 days to finish a project, study, invest, do everything last minute. I used to push things way too far with running, but since I got injured a few years ago, I stopped. I literally am the last person out of everyone beside my brother to go to sleep... and people used to tell me all the time to go to sleep (they still do a bit, but I'm far away). I don't think I was a true slow oxidizer, but I'm pretty sure the test will say slow and or mixed oxidation. I don't like categorizing things by strict type. Because I was 250lb and 180lb within 1.5 years and 180lb or so the next decade. If I was endomorph then meso, I'm not sure, but I was way fitter. Supposedly types don't change.
However, I'm pretty sure the lazy 15 year old me was quite different than the couldn't sleep for a week 26 year old me.
I didn't workout almost a year - it was horrible. First time since Effexor it has ever been close too that long.
