So people who have lactose-intolerance, should they never take whey? I have "lactose-free whey" by Isoflex. I don't know man.
I just started creatine and reinstituted whey several weeks ago. Even w/o pfs, I'm sure it made me feel sick at times....

I have friends and relatives who are lactose intolerant, but still take l.f. whey. Should I drop it and just replace the protein with real food (also kind of messes me up). I'm sure in time, it will be fixed, but I'll eliminate what I can. I will not stand for any bloatedness. It could be surgery still too... but I think that kind of bloating would look different, as well as be more consistent in certain times of the day, not after eating - practically anything at all.

Otherwise I'm switching to roids!!!
Tired of this shyt. JK of course.

What are you supposed to replace protein powders with ? Besides beef, chicken, eggs, seafood, etc?

-I'll stick to my guns and keep it up:
-The Fasting --> Refeed --> Ella --> Randro --- Randro + 4Andro and supps --> PCT --> ru486, cutting, and focusing on work and the future.
-ADF, back to strength coaches, attempting electrolytes again when closer to being healed, and several other things like liver flushes.
-I tried liver teas already, but only a couple days. It's hard to rem all this stuff. So I keep rpting myself - mostly for me.
