Holy hell.
Memo: Spend all spare time (if I use dex, I will actually be able to plan days better) doing productive things. I won't have as much lost time.
Writing, reading, investing, researching, job search, study for something that I am interested in for future prospects, and walking, gym, etc...
DO not fall into addictive tendencies.
Keep Nofap up, workout in the mornings when I can, and spend the rest of the time trying to make money....
Otherwise, fall back in some bad (non substance) related habits/addictions.
That demand for addictive stuff disappears after a while, but dopamine spiking is there.
-In the interest of Nofap and injury prevention, and sex addiction tendencies,
-***do not take PDE5i with dexedrine*** - asking for trouble.

-I really hope that's a short trial of PDE5 Inhibitors, and not weeks or months on end. Yes, having sex drive is good... but being addicted to it, is partly, why I was recommended Lamotrigine in the first place, and then took finasteride to counter it's side effects (among the worst decisions I've ever made).
-Can't be no sex drive or super addicted, need a happy medium... same with the rest of the stuff ideally.
-Also definitely do not drink, as I have a high tolerance for these kinds of things, and you don't feel drunk while on dexedrine, and if you go out and hang out, then you may drink a ton and end up all messed up, and break sobriety (of alcohol), even if that didn't hurt my gains, it would hurt fitness gains, anxiety, probably depression, and also can lead to risky behavior. Which I mostly have under control, but it's easy to mess up. I haven't blacked out in 2-4 years or so, and I need to keep it that way. I doubt I would, unless I met old friends --- and they're far far away from me, so it's highly unlikely.

-write a book, ghostwrite something, call old friends... do whatever it takes to normalize extra dopamine into the right habits and behaviors... It does help focus and organization, but you need to plan ahead. And initially it kind of sends you off into "whatever's fun", and that's not the point of this at all. I already knew this... but it's a process.

-ALSO, potentiate and reduce side effects by loading with Magnesium, take 1 hour away from caffiene, do not take with food, and take food/ acidic drinks (Vitamin C especially), at night to eliminate quicker and remove it's effects, to help sleep. Or take more magnesium as well. Eat a heavy meal. I want it to hit hard and fast, but also not cause worsened insomnia. And ideally to sleep every night, like a regular person, without needing to add something else.

I need to do like 100-200 days of NOFAP... or a lot at least. AND make sure to follow it, do not want pain... nor to delay nerve regeneration and also do not want to help with PDE5 and hurt with dexedrine... and don't want to get excruciating pain anywhere. I also don't want to wake up tired, nor less focused, less confident, nor anxious.
