Barbaar:Right?! I'm starting to regain my ability to be annoyed too :D

Too bad my anxiety seems to be returning bit by bit too. I even got a few days where my thoughts were constantly super negative again. That would be a total bitch. Fix pssd, slip back into depression. I really hope that's not the case, but I think Ghost noticed something like this too (in other people who got fixed iirc).

Yeah i have a bit of anxiety too, not always on moments i expect. Like it comes up too slow and goes down too slow. Its not super bad, but i couldnt get nervous at all before, now i can be a bit.

Return of anxiety usually happens when function is better. It's sad, but I'm just fighting one battle at a time. If I can figure out PSSD, then I'm on to the next battle: Mental Health.

Likewise, if I treat mental health, I think I have a better chance of fighting PSSD.

Yes, yes to all of that. "fixed anxiety with effexor" (causing way more severe problems that I discussed on here). Off that way more anxiety and way more depression, as I fixed that my true nature came out again (ADHD etc). And as I fix PFS, more ADHD and mood issues, irritation, anger, agitation, insomnia, can't focus, etc. Pretty good right now, but the trend is there until sorted. Right after quitting effexor I was too dulled to be my usual hyper-vigilant self (nervous energy, often anxious but mostly around goals and timelines, and ADHD ++). Notice it more now, but dealing with it. NOT having any of a person's "normal features", whatever they may be - is far worse.
-Definitely treated the wrong thing first time around (was convinced that they knew that it was probably "Generalized Anxiety Disorder". And likely kind of did the same thing with finasteride --> my hair is still pretty good (but that's not good enough for me), and it was substance-caused (extremely short trials of meds, also discussed a lot on here).

Trying various nootropics, amino acids to help mood. No meds for that ever again. Only one slip up and it led to finasteride bc of the hair loss. Other ones were way worse.
People may get on me for stimulants... but they clear fast and saved my life a bit at times. They're not perfect, but one person's poison is another's treasure. Like marijuana for a lot of people - actually makes me crazy and sometimes mixed states. And almost killed some people in PFS state.
