-diet and exercise log May 14 to June 14 2018:
-05.14.2018:
PCT x2 herbs and pills, gpc eearlier, dex 20mg, baking soda, arg/citr, msm a bit,a nd that's it basically.. and coffee nic, enzy hcl, and 2 chkn sans spicy wendys and triple got rid of some fat, no bread lettuce wraps, olive oil spinach some strawberry salad. ok.
-Imposing strucutre, on my business more so I'm not running around. SAY no to ppl of c, and yes to things that better me lt, I know I'm headed somewhere good.
-05.15.2018:
PCT, GPC, dex, baking soda, mag, HCL Enzymes as needed, some noots, and nic, caf.
-FOR HS : ATE --- 40% burrito bowl rice beef steak, pinto beans, guac, veg some, and guac.
-and 1 water pro fiber drink, one pro spinach almond drink that's it not hungry dont feel like eating.

-05.19 Great. Exercised 4x this week I was sick, making funds, and also sleeping late, and making sure not to use too much of anything.
--> I did take like 40mg of ru over like 5-6 days.
-05.20 Pretty good
-05.21 Great but not exercise, rested like 8hrs or so; and will eat later. Fasting mostly. Some beef stew and potatoes and rice and veg/salad. 400-500Cals/30gp, some pro water drink.
-05.22. PRETTY GOOD some gluten. CARB LOADING I GUESS.
CURRENTLY CULTIVATING MASS and cutting soon. Worst case I will throw up after meals, and also: JUST FAST FULLY 2 days a week. NO ADD MEDS; funner and happier... BUT**** -eat more; and less smart, it's a flucking balance.
-AH!!! I am an idiot! I am getting healthier, but was ripped and probably mostly am, but can't keep track of diet--- too hard to remember what I did in the day. @5.55am, May 22 2018/ 7.55am, Eastern.

-WAS awake since 10pm or so the last day, and worked out finished 9pm, 9 exercises; barely ate, dieting, took pro and water after; ru nite before good stuff; but tired in workout and after. WIth work and all this. Trying to take ru, but need dex too... taking both probably ok, but, not the best.... -It's fine. --SOMETIMES, no dex, and just health.
-BUT no real work; or not major work those days. COFFEE doesn't cut it. AND I can't exactly not earn money for 1 week 10 weeks 1000 weeks at a time.
-Although, at the same time, 2 days, 10 days is not exactly the same as 10 or 100 weeks. -edited; May 23rd, 2pm est.

-That's enuff I'm ripped. If I get fat... fast... like 10d. Really fat like 20-40 days. SUPER FAT-- like 100 days. I haven't been overweight outside of PFS for like 15 yrs, Im not going back!!!!!
