It's just drinking water and waiting and doing what you're doing, but better. I did it before I came back almost instinctually. -BUT with some supervision, easier.
Resources, friendship, and all that bs can help. 1-2 days = garbage. Need more. My last 500 posts were about this, and everywhere else.
Even sent to docs... no one has any idea unless they did this shyt.
