WEAK? PPL were suicidal and planning it 1 year to 20 years, some of them. And it was non stop 247. People lost their minds over this. There's good stuff here on H/S.
Use what you can to your advantage. I looked different, and was weak, skinny as hell, then overweight... ZERO help from docs, etc. No easy answer. Just choices.
