This guy had like 40 symptoms less than me took it 42* longer . I have other probs that kill their patients too. Don't see me crying about fasting. The fuck.
So work at it.
Meanwhile I slept 2.5 hrs, fasted all day everyday of this year except like 10, (IF) and 30 water and more, and am about to hit the gym 4th time, despite the bs advice I was given at times.
Growing up with professionals, seeing my brother work 120hrs a week at less than min wage x5 yrs after 8 yrs of other degrees, working out daily... helped me make discipline, bc otherwise, I'd be totally fucked in life (bc though smart, a small mistake can ruin everything, same with a lot of ppl). But, saying fasting is impossible for working ppl in Europe is retarded at best. Sorry for the poor bedside manner but these are facts. As per all the PhD econ profs from Europe (Dr. John Paschakis, Greece, Monetary Policy), would agree. His daughter's in med school. PPL work hard here in North America. People that make money And that drive can be applied here. So work is no excuse, unless it's NSA/Astronaut/NBA all at once.
I'll see you 300 reps later in 10/10 bad air quality. W/ ZERO DRUGS to appease ppl.
