May seem like a dick, I assure you I'm at least 50-50 a good guy.
BUT: --> IT's not fair to others that were as sick as the sickest, to tell others that might read this log that It's IMPOSSIBLE.
NILE's had tons of muscle loss etc, and ADMIRAL is doing so much better. OTHER sick guys too belief ln recovery too.
EVEN if I am ok healing wise... --> I got other issues which are also pretty bad, not as bad... BUT I HAD like 100-1000 symptoms with all three.
AND if you make a log... it should be about YOU focusing on making YOU better, not just tripping and thinking other guys' logs are impossible.
It just won't help you mate. I know you can do better and I wish you the best and Good Luck.
BUT you can't give up and find excuses that make it less likely to follow through.
I couldn't hold a job to save my life then. AND even way before getting sick, much of the time. So you aren't alone. There's good advice here, but don't use work or time or other things and see other's logs as ppl without serious issues or concerns. It's hard out there for a lot.
Helen can tell you or I mean read his replies on threads ... guys have gotten a hell of a lot better. RITE @Helen. @HS.
Also had a surgery that traumatizes ppl simultaneously to crash. Didn't even give a damn.. now don't care - I'm ripped but super ripped on prohormones, but natural is best. In general. BUT: FASTING is just a tool as is your log plan work whatever.... FASTING IS AN AMAZING TOOL as is WRITING DOWN YOUR PLAN, using other's advice if necessary. So ask real questions and not just shoot down ideas that actually helped others. I said it enuff times, fasting saved my life.
