-Assuming no hardcore stims (I'm certain you're not using them).
-It's weight and fast will fix a lot.
-DON't stare at the ceiling for the next 12 yrs like I did man... work on it now... around school.
-School is important which you obviously know... but* it's nothing versus health. You're smart and can find the right place to do it in NL, or nearby...
-and fast, then TEI. Read PM's...
-ALSO: I could be wrong, but tons and tons of people became insomniacs in their early to late 20's (obviously this is not ideal).
-I don't think it's all PSSD... I'm different and was before a bit... But at some point it became not trying to stay awake (fun or getting work done), but rather...
-wishing to sleep.
-Hell I beat PSSD and most of PFS.... clearly it isn't the post drug disorder for me (it's life pressure, and money and age and all that shyt).
-Don't end up a cynical jerk like me, man!!!
-EVEN if I one day completely beat insomnia... I'll still stay awake 100-200 nights a yr (and "catch up on wknd" but there is no real "catch up" with sleep debt). Because, I need a lot of good (i.e. things to work on), to make up for the bad.
-Could be methylation, and this and that and overthinking... but whatever, I'll try TEI... I've waxed poetical to my best friends about it... since before adulthood really.
