Bones are messed up man.
Those 2 are weak though, you can see it in their face and eyes
They should try "more".
Hopefully they will, but most don't try hard enough to fix serious health issues (not to sound so arrogant or holier than thou... it's just true though).

Only because you asked @HerrFisch... Here's the link.
-PH changed (that site used to look horrible, like it was made by a sixth grader). I strongly rec no PFSer's go to this site (PH at large, let alone here)... myb I'll just PM you mate. --- I WILL REMOVE SOON BC I DONT WANT ANYONE TO FREAK OUT ABOUT FACIAL CHANGES!!!! (perhaps this emphasis here isn't helping)...
- photographic evidence of facial changes (post your changes)
There's an Air Force or something guy there, he's damn handsome (it's true, not gay to admit another man is handsome).

-FWIW I was told by docs "those guys are insane" and handed a 1200 page textbook about "changing angles/photos/facial surgery" (whatever it was called, I can't recall).
-Obviously there are changes, but it's best not to focus on that.
-Concentration on total health and correcting the imbalances, will fix all or most. ---> It is devastating though and I feel for those guys.
-Like when I lost hair on Adderall and also some girl I know (and others online)... and: also, some changes with fin... but, health for like 270d straight, I look younger... and am less worried about it... MOST can't tell... and if I have 1 remaining symptom I'll fix it.. just like whitening teeth (nicotine and caffeine a long time), or hair later.... ---> I still have better than a lot of guys my age, but again, I am Perfectionism-driven and it's not a great trait all the time.
-Also LTG hair loss (Lamotrigine) also screwed me up... and hence I took fin... I went thru all that (treating a mood disorder first time, major hair loss, a surgery, Fin-crash), simultaneously, so I lose my patience at times.... bc I mean... who did that?? that was like just a random week or 6 or 12 in my life.
-Although, yeah usually there's not that much stress rite at the same time... but chronic stress is chronic stress.... regardless of type.
-Everyone should love themselves, and occasionally/often I do.
