-Here's a general approximation rule re: elimination of pharmacological agents, based on half-life.
- elimination = 1 dose* 5.5 halflifes * duration [i.e. total number of dosing days assuming 1 dose per day].
- (some estimates for drugs of all kinds go by this). CORRECT... increased athletic ability, better hand-to-eye coordination/ makes sense... but also happiness, that you're getting better.
- It gets more complicated. Calculus, basically... but you can skip that and just multiply (algebra).
