I feel (but this may not be true of everyone), taking them all year is key to lock in gains everywhere. Advice from HS long ago. I did (shakes mostly and mixed but also capsules). I like copper too, tiny bit makes me euphoric in chocolate. As a supplement (minerally)? Not so much. May be fine during TEI (along with other recs).

Yesterday morning I got to dark point. It is like they say: it is always darkest before dawn. But after I took some electrolytes my temperature went up again and I felt good until I went to bed. Motivated, energetic, better libido, strong in gym. Not feeling worn out. Yesterday I had energy all up to I went to bed. Not feeling tired once. Even after eating 2000 calories of sushi (carb city).
So it was the lack of electrolytes and too much copper causing low metabolism symptoms. When I fixed this yesterday, I never felt as good in a long time. Today I took electrolytes right away with the dark chocolate and I feel like I am walking out of a fog.
Before I only took electrolytes and no copper. This fixed the tired problem but not the low estrogen/no emotions/low libido problem.
I am not eating chocolate 24/7 so it is not the caffeine. I eat good piece in the morning and that is it.
I also had wet dream last night and I have no POIS symptoms. Zero. I never had this in my life. Always had POIS symptoms. Before using finasteride and after.
Maybe this is also because I dropped the creatine 2 days ago I do not know.
I guess @Helen is right. Hard to admit it because I like busting his balls. But he opened my eyes that it is not 1 way street - everybody has own imbalances.
I think for me from abusing zinc supplements I got too much zinc side effect. Maybe in combination with finasteride and this got me low estrogen side effects. I felt like dominating everybody and saw emotions as fake. Irritated, overly logical. Etc.
High red meat diet made this symptoms worse.
Now I feel more balanced. Not feel like dominating everybody around me and seeking conflict 24/7. This actually makes me more dominant and calm lol. You see how much minerals influence you. Yesterday night went out with friends and had a great time. Before that I was always overthinking 24/7, neurotic, OCD, bored with socialising, etc.
My hair shedding is also very little - to none. Seems like what I am doing now is best for balance for me.
My diet is: olive oil (main fat source), uncooked shrimp, white rice, fish (salmon, mackerel, herring) and spinach (added this in today). Plus occasional "junk" like sushi. No alcohol, no drugs.
I will give this at least 2 weeks before I make end conclusion but the fact that I feel so much better is significant. Plus I am getting TEI results.
