-I ran electrolytes the entire year I ate (sometimes perfectly, sometimes not)... So that helped snapback (actually did, I ran on advice from HS mostly. It worked).
--> anyways, good ifdea.. 5mg isn't too much, 15mg total? That is 15/35mg of one ellaone pill i.e. 3/7ths? -i.e. 42.857% -It's actually kind of a big dose that you took.
-of a ellaone pill (they are sold in Europe (and -elsewhere) for Fibroids tho at 5mg, uripristal acetate).

-I strongly recommend against being cavalier with dosing, basically anything to solve PFS or PSSD or PAS... and general health. It could turn out bad/ for all I know (logically).

NaCl in Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
KCl dilute like 5Tsp in 1lr or so of H20
I believe you drink 50-100ml per day +.
MgCl2 Hexahydrate "" [same dilution per solute (water) as KCl].
I did a simplified version but use search.
