NaCl in Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
KCl dilute like 5Tsp in 1lr or so of H20
I believe you drink 50-100ml per day +.
MgCl2 Hexahydrate "" [same active ingredient per solute (water) as KCl].
I did a simplified version but use search.
