@Boris - you ever take TEI in a rush / empty stomach? -Expect terrible pain/ consequences? I won't do this much/ just started/ eating rite now.
-need it to absorb... take 3 first then 3 after or take 2 in first 1/3 of meal, then 2 in second 1/3 of meal, then 3 in third 1/3 of meal?? - and do this 2-3x a day (*as directed*)?
-SO do not add extra HCL or ENZYMES? EVER??
