Nice, that's awesome man. I remember you saying even tho anavar helps, you want to do TEI. Good for you man.
I feel the same, doing the same in reverse order. I will continue tei, but I may migrate to something else, then go from there again long term on tei.
I think definitely fatigue went away quickly for me, and really sleep became a lot easier. I'm on pause now, but still asthma and sleep are much better than typically.
Mood took a hit quickly but not that bad, other things help control it (behavioural things). I shall continue for the 90d, then reevaluate with a new hair test/ as per their advice.
I will say I ate fish 3-4 x last week and that was pretty not cool. Hated it by then.
-No inhalers most of last 90 days (was only on tei 49 d, so fought it mostly before that sometimes). I can see it curing asthma, practically curing insomnia.... that kind of depends on work, habits, lifestyle, but that makes it easier. -- but if you have work due, kind of goes out the window, but doesn't have to for days/ weeks on end at least.
-helps mood a lot.
-probably make a lot more sense to people, though outside of a few, I never really cared. ---It would actually make things like business writing easier/ one draft easy.
-BUT* a couple issues, I think something else might solve quicker. But it's probably the best or close to best option for a lot of people, en masse (TEI).
-In recent months, life pretty liveable, and the other issues are longer term, so maybe it will fix/work on those first. If i had to run it 1.5yrs or something fine... but, if PFS totally gone, and I'm running it in background even better.
-I don't think you'll feel too too bad. Anything that changes mood or sleep probably affects me strongly, and I found this more gentle than most things I tried.
-I guess it did help ADHD. just that I can't tell. but pretty fkn hyper in the morning/ scattered a bit... when coming off tei.
- @Chapman, I think that's 27 caps. Make sure you eat with all that. Much are the same recs as mine. They are generally the same, minus oxidation rate for most people it seems. -again, I'm surprised it actually works, but makes sense for the most part. --obviously hard to find research saying it will heal this exact issue or not, but helps a lot.
-I could easily run this in full time office work and school, without feeling sort of "roid rage" like, on randro, and roids, etc.
-Def eat with it, tried alt day fasting and usually works, but as soon as taking any supp, I need food otherwise ill get sick feeling. need it with food anyways.
