--all that is easy enuff. BUT vit d vit c right/ wrong minerals, for a person matters. sports, great diet, plus restrictions most do -- who get better, and if they had other health probs. I want to be 0 percent bodyfat so I'd do most that shyt anyways. vit d vit c tho depends, for me not. i only used vit c and juice to kill effects of stimulants (making stuff acidic).
-I USE TEI but this is the first 10d period I only went to the gym twice. --- I still walked 40miles (like 9km an hour or faster), and did a couple hundred push ups. (pain, rest, asthma, travelling).
-TEI alone with garbage diet, no exercise is not optimal.
-Everyone has to do everything in a sense. Or go all out.
-For trolls: I know you can't be 0 percent bodyfat, the brain needs fat. I know.
