--I mean, I am not sure about (constantly forgetting things, also possibly never quite understood what that means anyways) -- lowering intercellular K.
--As in for action potentials, the electrolytic difference? --- I am sure I did lower it. --all direct/ on purpose? No. The process did tho.

--But as far as Insulin Sensitivity, yes increasing insulin sensitivity is key. --definitely did not feel recovered from Effexor until, tell tale signs of insulin resistance were gone (like increased stomach fat). Until I was skinny again (and stronger, probably even skinnier at that time too).
--Insulin Sensitivity from PFS was so profound that I went from near ripped (again, but even worse considering nearly ripped and post surgery at this time so instead of 90% close more like 98% close to physique goal or at least that goal -- goal changes all the time tho), to fatter than a decade in several months.
---IF I lived in a warm country / could make every meal all the time/ had a ton of patience ---> I'd do a raw food diet for a time.
--I just think water fasting is faster, and saw amazing gains from it. I mean I had no life, and certainly couldn't remember quite my goals back then. Took another 3-6months to be normal again for most part (other issues there, and also other obstacles, but mostly gone thankfully through doing a lot of bs).
--I think maybe , doing electrolytes between each step and running it 8-10 months now, definitely helped me avoid major crashes.
-EVEN when reckless, no crash was ensued. Sure, sometimes probably worse e.q. and the like but even 10/10 bad mood, or 4/10 digestion which is rare, that last minutes, hours, 2 days max. It's nothing like during PFS times.
--WHICh had no digestion, no goals, extreme changes to physique, less extreme but changes to face.

--Honestly should have fasted at anxiety diagnosis (18 or 19) and also before trialling BP meds. That's how much I believe in it. AND for sure acne (acne easier than those, and 21 days...? probably get rid of acne).
--can it cure PFS completely? not sure but set me up for 85++%. Can fix one remaining issue if I took some serious measure that I'd like to avoid.
--and the rest, I am hopeful strong discipline, health consistency will help. Also time... and more TEI.
---Sometimes TEI won't suit me, as I'm writing some competitive tests that will need to be very high scores, in contast to only a "decent" GPA.
---SO once in... not to say then I'll just coast, but literally there's less pressure then.

-so for now taking dex. A place, jobs are in mind. So like in work... TEI I can do. But to get that work*, need dex, sometimes choline.
---- I'm confident in my performance fasting 24-72hrs. Can and definitely did interviews with zero food. And probably most of my second undergrad ....
-but 20-24hrs isn't the same as like 168hrs or 4800hrs.... I think it can be done. Back then ? Pre Jan 9 fast? In that state?? NO.

I'm sure, any combination and picking a few of the tools like low carb, fasting, electrolytes can help. 85-95% eventually and either doing something else...
--OR* living with 1-2 symptoms for some, can be achieved. Ideally that's not the case, but it may be for some.
--and in 1-2 days??? I don't think so. BUT, I'd love to be wrong about that.

--also surely did Paleo even by accident. Just BB diet. Then Keto as I wanted to be leaner and leaner. AND really, diet changes as per goals, bodyfat percentage, and even ability to cook*. ---so fasting and low carbs for me, for life. --not as in fasting the rest of life with no meal tho (obviously).

Basically all great. but fasting best. keto, paleo long long run --- sure if slow 1. I think. Depends on food sources in area, cost, expertise in cooking such foods etc.
