IN alkalosis you have low potassium levels in BLOOD))
and slow oxidizers have high progesterone most of them , progesterone is trying to retain potassium and thus most slow oxidizers, have high POTASSIUM in blood
and if your progesterone level is high , then obviously potassium will be retained and you will have it low in the urine.
and have high progesterone, and low sodium, since progesterone is wasting sodium into the urine.
SLOW oxidizers have high DHT levels usually. but very high SBHG since the body is trying to bind all estro up.
This happens since GABA NDMA balance is screw up. and lack of b2 causing high calcium in blood
Which then slows down the thyroid. and increases potassium to compensate.
If slow oxidizers take K2 then and B vitamins, to improve kynurenine pathway, then this will increase
1) picolinic acid which will bind their zinc, they have high zinc in hair since it is not bound and they are losing it since they cant make picolinic acid in kynurenine pathway
2) this will decrease calcium in blood, which will speed up thyroid and the body will not want potassium anymore, and progesterone will fall and cortisol will rise
3) this will increase need for estrogen, and copper in blood will become bioavailable restoring NDMA and allergies and all other crap will go away
4) as soon as the body will want estrogen , this will lower SBHG and DHT will be released))) and with your stupid upregulated ARs , most of you will go BALD))) at least at first. until the body downregulates the ARs.
5) since you decrease calcium, this will allow the body to convert DHT into 3 adiol, which increases GABA< since GABA increases CALCIUM in the cell.
and if calcium is already high , this causes HIGH DHT in blood, since DHT simply does not convert into 3 adiol))) since 3 adiol would cause calcium to rise
THIS IS WHY WE SEE ZERO 3 adiol on tests of @wuf ZERO)))))
this is why since DHT cant convert into 3adiol we see NOT WORKING 5AR in the brain. and DHT LEVELS in CSF ARE ZERO( this is why you have upregulated AR protein levels))
This is why if your glucorindation does not work , you lose hair, since 3 adiol keeps retaining calcium)) by increasing gaba
This is why going on fin speeds up metabolism which we see in @Jack17 trial of fin.
Hi @Helen,
Could you PLEASE modify your notes/direction above for a female case of Extreme Insulin Resistance (inherited not diet induced), with no hair loss issue, have a head full of thick hair.
I tried to reduce the potassium inside the cell by taking Betaine HCL and lots of iodized sea and pink Himalayan salts. Avoiding high potassium food and use ACV a lot. My H1AC has not improved by much, but now I am getting terrible leg muscle spasm (probably due to low potassium) every night.
Slow oxidizer -------> high Protesterone (confirmed slow oxidizer on hair analysis many years ago)
High progesterone --- >high potassium in blood (ok, as you say)
High progesterone ---> low sodium (confirmed slow oxidizer on Hair analysis. And used to have Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis (APD) before Menopause. Now lowered progesterone to minimal in my HRT)
Slow oxidizers ---> high DHT (take your word for it. Above my knowledge)
{Slow oxidizers --> high SBHG to bind all estrogens
This happens because
since GABA NDMA balance is screwed up AND
Lack of Vitamin B2 ---> high calcium in the blood. (years ago in Hair Analysis, calcium was high off the chart)
then slows down the thyroid and increases potassium to compensate. (yes, I always have low body temperature had occasional low thyroid in blood test resulting in higher amt of hair falling)
}
Reversal on Hair Analysis: now Fast Oxidizer on Hair Analysis (since I started HRT (for hot flashes), my sodium has increased)
Questions: can you please say what a female needs to do to keep the estrogen up but Insulin, progesterone, potassium low? I have inherited insulin resistance (not diet induced). Hardly gain any leg or arm muscles or fat.
I apply the estrogen jell on inner arms for 25 days. Apply the progesterone cream 5 days a month (to balance estrogen). Any more than that, I get eczema on the face. 3 days of no hormone a month.
Which B vitamins? Only B2, how much? What brand of K2 do you recommend?
I don’t tolerate B12 or Folate, even the natural forms give me cystic acne. I hear Biotin lowers estrogen.
I have high histamine and don’t tolerate alcohol or fresh cheeses or Kefir or anything fermented.
By the way i posted my hair analysis results in my Sep/20th post. Thank you.
