Thanks a lot dude. Not all that great at times.... Learned how to cash out crypto only after making a decent amount.
-Anyways made great gains after being in my new place barely 4 wks. Again this went up and down, but is a real business now... --> Less time is more.
-Last year, honestly outside of health and other more traditional work, I didn't really know what the hell was going on there (in that market).

BUT* Still struggling with workflow. Perhaps 2 devices max per day is ideal. Leaving my bullet journal open and just having various media (only for business) on a tiny split screen (so I barely look at it), is ideal.

-Learned about money management regarding trading... QUITE late.

-Also, the elevators aren't working in my building. So running up and down 9 flights of stairs 2-4x a day is kind of hard with asthma (down's easy). TEI would help that far better than inhalers (which definitely work, but for maybe a few hours or 8hrs). I try not to use them, but i also jog up way faster than I realize/ need to pace myself.

-You were driving and talking during that phone call? Lol, I literally still get lost in NY, NJ, Calgary, AND TORONTO despite being to all like 10-15x and the latter two 8+ years.

-You and I @bruschi11 definitely went thru a lot of trials and tribulations in this life, man. but we're stronger for it, as are many.
-I was trying to be nice, and everything...
-Main Point to @cnb30 is that, it can get better but a year of only focusing on health is surely worth it. Or close to that.
-Maybe 60% health, 20% work/school...
-overcommitting is very bad, and when you're young and ill, you can take on way too much to handle, without even realizing it. And then it's a disaster.
-EVEN if it's like 100% health and 100% school ... it gets way better.

--School at 21 and 22 was brutal. 24 and especially later, it was easier for sure.

-Anyways stay strong @cnb30
-And of course @Walker's been a huge inspiration to me as well, not just for fixing health issues, but in general.
-I used to basically lose my mind over losing time, like "graduate a year late." "have this money 2 yrs late.." kind of acting like it's the end of the world (which actually further delays that)., but I'm often calmer now. --WILL be more easy on TEI for sure.
--I am a perfectionist, and honestly that can be deadly, and it's good to realize "you're good enough" regardless. I'm good enough, and everyone is... even if they feel like
--They'd be better off "gone". It's not true. It affects way more than just you.

-You motivated me and were super positive when we talked Bruschi. I didn't really understand nor think that it could be done. Thankfully stuck it out. Still some more to go tho. We'll get drinks sometime for sure man.
-For anyone wondering maybe 3 symptoms remaining from PFS. --from the other stuff, who knows... BUT surely PFS was way worse than all the various diagnoses I've been given. --Don't get me wrong they definitely interfere with work and relationships, however they're part of me, and usually I'm fine with it.
--they also open up doors that would otherwise not exist, as well as allow me to catch up what should take 200hrs in week, at times.
