To me constipation is if you have issues with not being able to go if you need to.
If you dont have to go for 5 days because your food intake is maybe low, or fiber whatever, is that constipation?

So why is it better to go 3ce than 1ce per day if you dont have issues with constipation?

I think what should be strived for is- what goes in must come out.. to a degree at least.

When I’m bad, it’s the stool volume really that is horrible. Skinny small and only once a day. Like I ate wayyy more in that given day than what came out of me.

When I went from good to bad (within 6 weeks f%*?*>?^ hydrogen water smh)- I went from 2-3 bowel movements per day, thick and well colored to only 1 in morning. Volume was same but really only getting 1 out per day.

I’m a big eater and really could eat what I wanted pre-hydrogen. Say 3-4K calories today while maintaining body comp.Was fasting
Yeah, I think it really boils down to what you're eating rather than raw numbers. 1BM/day might not be enough for someone who's eating 3k calories/day with lots of fiber, whereas 1BM/day might be more than enough for someone who's eating 1.5k calories/day with little fiber. Regardless of numbers, I think most people can tell when they're constipated.

Exactly. And volume of the BM matters as well. Like 2-3 small- mediocre size can be same as having one good larger one.
