I don’t even know how I would test cellular level of mineral or is that what the hair test is , cellular content?
I did do RBC levels of zinc and mg and potassium, mg and k+ were normal to low , consistent with hair. But my RBC zinc was a little high, hair levels were in range.
Maybe I can test copper one of these days
