Last 2-3 days I feel the DHT feeling again. With that my scalp has become itchy. Don't know how stable it is maybe in 2 days I will be different.
I notice after I started adding more nuts in my diet (cashews) that this feeling became stronger. So maybe I was missing the ARA like Helen was talking about. Before this cycle I ate a lot of fat (meat, milk) including ARA but didn't do shit.
Erection quality and libido varies. I had a few boners sitting next to girls. Also random girls are flirty to me and sitting close to me.
The only bad thing is I feel kinda stressed out at night. I cannot sleep well. Like I want to lift weights or fuck girls. Mind is racing a bit. It is 4AM here and I am wide awake.
This is still on the cycle. I will drop the supps tomorrow and see how I do off the supps.
