Day 16
Yesterday evening I noticed white, even slightly yellowish thick coat through the middle of my tongue. I scraped it off with a toothbrush and toothpaste and it mostly came off and as for now hasn't returned.
It's getting easier to fast. I can think better I have more energy, stairs don't scare me anymore, and gyno flare up is about 90% gone which is nice - it hurts to the touch only a bit. I'm still getting cold very quickly but i assume this is to be expected. I haven't eaten in over two weeks after all. Though even that seems slightly better than it was.
