Hi, Im not dead
Refeed went ok. I started with bone broth then added to my diet eggs, vegetable, fish, red meat, carbs, diary, sugar. I had no issues introducing any of the food groups until I ate some grapes. I might not tolerate fructose well, but i didn't seem to have issues with apples.

Refeeding tips for posternity:
- Advice from youtube fucking sucks
- Advice from reddit fucking sucks
- Advice from facebook fucking sucks
- Start from easily digestible food.
- Don't touch carbs for the first week or two.
- Don't overthink it.
- When in doubt: eggs.

After my little fasting adventure:
- neuropathic (?) burning sensation all over my body is gone
- gyno is pretty much completely gone, hard tissue too
- mental clarity improved
- acne is mostly gone
- there are patches of thin, short hair in places which I'm almost certain used to be bald...
-sexually it's ups and downs, mostly downs
-physical endurance and strength still suck ass, I still get dazed and lightheaded for no reason, but according to my recent bloodwork I'm clinically anaemic. If oxygen delivery in my body is handled by like 3 red blood cells working overtime then I can see where those symptoms come from.

I've started playing some vidya lately. It might come off like a random piece of information but I decided to mention it because some time ago even following a plot of a movie was too draining for me. There's definitely an improvement here. I even managed to finally finish my elden ring playthrough that I started before getting sick. (Elden beast is the worst final boss in fromsoft history btw, designer should be fired and their family eaten by dogs)

Moving forward I think I'll continue doing something akin to electrolyte protocol and look into my gut situation. Malabsorbtion from IBS might be a limiting factor in my recovery and I'm stupid for not adressing it earlier. I'm giving up on TEI. My provider is ridiculously overpriced, slow and doesn't even handle samples properly. Plus I somewhat doubt the validity of the programme itself tbh.

I sometimes genuinely forget how bad I used to be at my worst. If I keep on improving at current pace I think I'll be done with pfs in a year, maybe even quicker if GI test uncovers something substantial. I hope it does.

I'll write an update after I do some test and/or something noteworthy happens.
