AFAIK, he's still pretty convinced that chemical castration (or suppression, if you want to put more mildly) is the way to go. tl;dr is that he claims a partial recovery. I'm personally a little pessimistic for now. The improvements he describes seem to me to be no better than what you'd get in a temporary upswing. I hope to proven wrong though, and Powers has other patients he's experimenting with at the moment.
