    -Any effective 20-30min routines for str. training /calisthenics at home?

    Hey, how's going? I was wondering if anyone knows some quick things to do at home? I used to do 8min abs everyday... and stuff like that... for yrs and yrs... but now I have more stamina. I can do some bosu ball things, used to run up and down the stairs a lot - but it's pretty harsh on asthma...
