iron and copper overabundance is ,,pro-bad things"-bacteria,viruses,parasites,fungus,etc. like in long trt cycles you will develop it for 100%
So, in a presumed copper toxicity, does zinc, by releasing copper, not kill candida, as I have also read here? Does copper in toxicity promote rather than combat?

@highserotonin90 yeah it seems that as that toxic overload is worse and worse the body can use it less and less. Because to produce ceruloplasmin you need good thyroid, adrenal and liver function and copper overload effect negatively all of those.. But you don't have to be toxic in it to have issues with using it. You could have adrenal/thyroid or liver problems from different reason and that will result in copper issues as well.
In nutritional balancing they often talk about this. That you shouldn't focus on copper. Focus should be on balancing the chemistry in general and that will fix copper as well.
ARL was even trying some specific copper protocols, but they realized that it doesn't work that well.. I think it is also because it is hard to determine what is the real status of copper storage in the body.. Low blood or hair copper can mean toxicity or deficiency..
I am thinking about this issue as well. For the most part on all tests low copper. But here and there it was high on blood test. Just from most blood test everything points to copper deficiency. So if I went for help in medical system they would pump me with copper. But when I look at my hair tests and also those copper spikes on some blood tests and my history. Like steroid use with no antiestrogens so elevated estradiol a lot for years etc.. Everything points to copper toxicity..
But interestingly I have low estradiol and most of my symptoms look more like low not high copper lol. So if I take a lot of copper antagonists I make this even worse.
It seems like there is very delicate balance between those elements. So I have to feed copper even when I am toxic in it in order to keep the body running and so it is able to detox the excess.
While taking some antagonists here and there to just keep some balance. So I can do something like 1 step back and 2 steps forward.
Anyways what I found is that what you do outside of what you eat/take is maybe even more important to keep the balance.
So if you lets say live very stressful life and you are trying to balance it with a lot of magnesium, zinc, vit C, B vitamins etc.. it will never work so good as to simply stop living that stressful life..
Ideally it should go hand in hand. So the diet and supplements support the life style and vise versa you don't have to worry so much about what is your micronutrient status in the body if you live healthy life style that promotes good health..
I did that mistake just focusing on diet, supplements. Lost decade+ of my life for sure..
